They both start barking and running around until we leave. They get groomed about once every 2 or 3 months. * Service is always friendly. * My wife explains how she wants them cut and Mrs. Kim always gets it right. She is so nice and easy to talk to. * The place is always clean and smells very fresh. Thank you Park Ur Paws for all you do for us as well as our community in Jacksonville! I feel badly for both the owner of the cat and the owner of creature comforts. I can say that in 25 plus years we have boarded multiple breeds of very aggressive dogs without incident that many a boarding kennel might have turned down. My dogs were shown love and compassion that it's hard to find. They took the time to learn intricacies of the breeds we brought to them. They even used an exercise period for one dog to train him to point!! I cannot recommend them any more highly... Again my condolences to the cat owner.

I was in need of a…read moresame-day emergency transport of a large dog to a boarding facility ahead of Hurricane Matthew. Once I arranged the details with Renee, we found out that my dog was missing a shot required by the boarding facility, so Renee and her colleague turned on a dime and made the two stops required to get the situation resolved. They have a strong network in St. Augustine, and were able to recommend a vet that could see the dog immediately. Without Renee I would have been unable to make this happen, and I am so grateful: they truly put the animals needs ahead of everything else. I would recommend them 1,000%.
