I have cameras in my home and each day Kaitlin stated she had arrived but would finally walk into my house 5-7 minutes later, walk my dog for 5 minutes, and come back in for another 5 before leaving. When I emailed Doug (the owner) to bring this to his attention he completely disregarded my concerns and made up every excuse in the book as to why Kaitlin didn't complete the full 30 minutes that I paid for. I would absolutely never use Bad to the Bone for services again and caution those who do to check your cameras and hold your sitters accountable.

He is super reliable in terms of daily walks (and leaves funny notes every day, summarizing that day's walk/visit), and he's been a lifesaver for when we've had to go out of town (including a couple occasions when both my wife and I have had work trips come up last minute) and we've asked him to do multiple walks per day, plus feeding.
