Laze and his team are so wonderful, and we can't recommend their services highly enough. Our dog LOVES them all, and is always so excited when they arrive or when she sees them on the street. She walks twice per week, usually with Isa and sometimes with Laze. They are both so kind, always communicative and punctual, and they ensure it's a safe and fun walk for her and the dogs she's out with. We love being able to board her with Laze and Adliana too, as we know she'll get the right mix of outside play, walks, attention, and rest in a safe and structured environment. We used to take her to an area doggie daycare, thinking she needed the daylong stimulation in order for us to be able to work from home, but since finding Bark Support we've never really gone back. The Bark Support team seems to care so much more for her and the walks are exciting enough for her that she's relaxed for the rest of the day. We are sadly leaving the neighborhood, and real tears were shed when imagining our lives without them. They train, board, offer guidance, and give so much love to our dog Olive. They also send the most incredible recaps of every walk and every day in boarding! Bark Support began walking Olive when she was 5 months old; they helped us leash train her, and have become an essential part of our routine for over a year. So much so that our dog literally cries with joy every time she sees them (not an exaggeration, and insanely impressive given that she seems them several times a week!). So so so impressed with Bark Support! I spoke to Lazé before our puppy was even able to interact with other dogs and go outside. Instead of ignoring my emails or turning me down, he gave me some alternative options but for care during those hard times when you HAVE to leave a new puppy. He always answered with care and courtesy and I knew that in the next several weeks I would make sure I contacted him again to seek his services. Fast forward a couple weeks - the day after our puppy got her shots I contacted Lazé to get pricing and a breakdown of what to be expected. He immediately returned my email and was genuinely excited to meet our new pup! He was extremely flexible with meeting our puppy the following evening to go over EVERYTHING. he came with his wife/associate, Adliana, to our home. Both of them immediately embraced our puppy and it looked like a true friendship was made from the beginning. As a new puppy parent, one can get a little soft. The best way to describe the meeting was that our pup and Lazé & Adliana met and asked each other if they wanted to be best friends. Everyone was immediately excited, but calm, to form a bond. I told Lazé that he has my trust from the beginning otherwise he wouldn't be able to take care of our pooch to the best of his abilities. Fast forward again to the first walk... Cannot recommend Laze enough! His walks and recaps are fantastic--and the photos are amazing. But he truly loves and cares for our pet as much as we do. Case in point: We dropped our puppy over for a sleepover. On the walk, our pup got into an altercation with a bigger dog and was visibly upset and shaking. I explained this to Laze and he took extra time and care to make sure she was comfortable and happy before I left. Laze is amazing! Laze has been walking our pooch for about five years. We are SO lucky to have had Laze walking and caring for our dog all these years. Our dog developed a strong bond with Laze. I know, not all dog walkers, would have had the patience to walk our dog. He's a rescue that was abused when he was a puppy, so our dog came with his share of issues. We recently asked Laze and the Bark Support team to care for our Bearded Dragon while we were away for the Holidays. Being new to Beardies they came to our house and spent almost an hour learning about his behaviors, feeding and cleaning needs. We felt good about the time they took to get trained. Our dog Louie has worked with Lazé for about a year. Before Lazé we dealt with two terrible experiences - one walker was shorting our walks over 45 minutes each day and another we caught stealing from us. We had pretty low expectations. Lazé exceeded all of them before he even got started with Louie. Lazé took the time to meet with us and learn about our dog and our own expectations. He took that information to personalize our service and to become an incredibly compassionate and fun companion for Louie. I say companion because Lazé is not a typical dog-walker. Lazé always puts the dog first and makes sure they get exactly what they need. This is not a one size fits all service. Lazé knows that our dog is high energy and loves to be off leash - so Lazé grabbed a fifty foot leash and takes him to play in the park. He is super responsive and his daily recap emails are so fantastic that you will want to share them with family and friends.
