My pump went out Wednesday night, I called him Thursday morning assuming there would be no way to get a same day appointment, but he put off his plans for the day, came to my house to get a game plan, then came back again 2 hours later with a tower truck and started pulling the old water line & pump out of the well casing. Hired this business to install a tankless combi-boiler for hot water and radiant floor heating in…read more2023. He unwired the existing TACO thermostat controller and could not re-wire it to get it working again as it was before he started the work. He constantly complained about the radiant floor installer and put them blame on them, but the system worked fine before he ruined it. I called in a different plumber to service the system in 2025 and found that the wrong expansion tank was installed. He installed a potable expansion tank on the radiant heat side of the system and did not install an expansion tank on the potable water side. The system was also missing a heat release valve and the exhaust for the boiler was not properly sloped for the condensation that the system creates. I would not recommend this plumber.

They failed the septic w/o a full inspection of the septic system and not just the tank. They only opened the main cap to do the pumping. I found the clean outs and found out why it failed. Wasn't that what an Inspection should find? I didn't expect them to fix it at that time. Not currently a fan even though they were reccomended to me.
