Merry Christmas Everyone If any of you run into plumbing…read moreissues. You should call Taylor Plumbing Solutions Tanner & Kurt were absolutely amazing. It's a small company and they don't steal your money. They fixed my clients toilet and were so polite even though it gave them more of a challenge then expected, they still did it professionally. I will always call this company when I need help even at my own home

My complaint is I did not get an estimate from Curt or a second opinion. I found Taylor's plumbing…read moreonline, keep the money local. Tanner arrived and found more floor needed to be taken up to do the toilet flange replacement correctly. Tanner rescheduled for next day. Great. Curt arrives next day to do the ROUTINE toilet flange replacement. Curt completes the job in 45 minuets. Great. I meet Curt at his truck to pay, I have $20 in my hand for a tip. Curt hands me a bill for $780. Curt labeled the flange replacement a "custom job." It was not custom by any definition. I don't know if I was charged for the day before when Tanner could not do the work. The bill stated "custom job $780.00 plus tax. No breakdown for parts and labor. Parts were 1 pvc toilet flange, 1 pvc 3 inch 90, 1 3 inch pvc union and approximately 2 feet of 3 inch pvc pipe. I will guess on the heavy side for parts at $75. So labor was $705 for the 45 minuets of work. Neurosurgeons in Washington state average $378 an hour. I called Curt the next day. Not much to be said about the bill. Get the estimate, get the second opinion! I'm an idiot. I kept the $20. I need to give a star rating. 5 for the work and friendly employees. it would be very difficult not to complete the job. 1 for hourly rate and billing practices. Rhett

I'm a current Seatown Parter Plan holder so I can't speak to value. However I wanted to call out…read morethe amazing professionalism and knowledge. I requested a tune up for my water heater and furnace. The team of 4 showed up, explained the process, and began work. After each of the tune up they provided a very detailed explanations of everything they found (both good and bad). They provided several options and there was no hard upsell. Overall I enjoy being a member and getting free and discounted tuneups! Shout out to Kevin who explained the mechanics of my furnace and helping me explore options around my current problem!

Seatown Review: Before You Hire, Read About Our Experience…read more We hired Seatown because of a previous positive experience with one of their plumbers. When our water heater failed, we contacted them again for a replacement and several electrical projects, including an EV charger installation. The salesperson who came to our home told us he could offer a particularly good deal and an additional 10% discount if work started immediately. Based on those representations, we signed the estimates and proceeded. Shortly after work began, we started researching the pricing and became concerned that the quoted costs were far higher than market rates. For example, we were quoted approximately $7,500 for a replacement water heater and installation. Our later research indicated the unit retailed for about $2,350, leading us to question the overall pricing. In total, Seatown's billings approached $17,000. Based on our own research and discussions, we believed a reasonable price for the completed work was closer to $8,500. We requested a detailed review of the charges before making additional payments. After discussions with Seatown, the company reduced the total cost by approximately $7,000. We ultimately paid about $8,500, including our down payment. We also discovered that a required electrical permit had not been obtained before work began. The permit was secured approximately one month after completion of the work. During the subsequent city inspection, the work initially failed inspection and required corrective action before ultimately passing. Our concerns were not with the workers themselves, who were generally professional and courteous. Rather, they involved the pricing, sales process, and permit handling. Based on our experience, we strongly recommend obtaining multiple bids, asking detailed questions about permits, and carefully reviewing pricing before signing any agreement. Doing so could save you thousands of dollars.
