The listing said vehicle price $13,950 with a down payment of $1,395 (10%) 11% interest rate and a balance of $12,555 to be financed with a payment of $273. My credit was in the good range of 621-699. We liked the jeep and called the lot. We confirmed the price to be $13,950 with the down payment of $1,395 and a balance to finance $12,555. They said that is correct. We asked what warranty comes with the jeep. They said 24 months 24,000 miles. So looked like a good deal. Asked for the Vin so we could get the insurance ready. The title was rebuilt and that was concerning. We went to the lot and asked about the rebuilt title. The owners name is Abdullah Al-maliki. He said the vehicle was hit on the driverside rear. Here we are almost a month after I purchased the vehicle and they haven't returned my e-mails nor phone calls. Generally speaking they take care of you until you sign for the vehicle then you're on your own. I guess I'll just put my own money up and encourage others to not visit this location.

I stayed in a hotel for the night and then had to get on the road in a rental to continue the trip. 5 days later I returned the rental car and asked Don if he could send someone to pick me up 35 miles away in Searcy, Arkansas. Don (who is the owner by the way) picked me up himself and didn't charge anything extra. While on the road we were talking. Apparently Don is the Assistant Fire Chief. He also was able to convince the insurance adjuster that is shouldn't be collision ($500 Deductible), but should be comprehensive ($100). In the end, I paid much less than expected. Don and his crew took great care of me, my family, and my car. If you ever get caught near Des Arc, call Don!
