FIRST OF ALL, I MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR 9:00 AM to have my A/C checked for $30. I was told they…read morewould take a look at it, so I expected at least a basic diagnostic. They called me at 12:45 PM saying they still hadn't looked at my car yet and that they were letting it cool down because they had left it running and it was now hot. I understood that they could be busy, so I let it go. Then at 3:15 PM, they called and told me I could come pick up my car. After having my vehicle for 7 hours, they still could not tell me why my A/C wasn't blowing and recommended that I take it somewhere else. My parents were understandably frustrated, so my dad looked at the car himself. He checked the A/C fuse, found that it was blown, replaced it, and the compressor fan started working immediately. This ended up being a $15 fix that they never checked or even mentioned as a possibility. My issue isn't that they couldn't fix it -- it's that after having my car all day, they didn't even perform the basic checks to rule out something as simple as a blown fuse. I feel like I wasted my time and money for a diagnosis that wasn't thorough. I will not be bringing my vehicle back here again.
