Genuinely thought it was going to be all hype - it's not! Share the walking apple pie between 2-4…read morepeople, it's more than enough! Got there at 4pm, they closed at 5pm that day. Only waited about 5 minutes until we ordered! Not sure why it's called a "walking apple pie" since you could really walk with any pie, sliced or whole. The crust on this was ever so slightly flaky while still having a good amount of doughiness that made it soft and enjoyable to eat. It wasn't too thick either which is what I assumed it would be! There is also an insane amount of apple inside, sliced on the thinner side but not overcooked at all. NOT skimpy, good cinnamon flavor and VERY delicious! I'm not even a fan of apple pie, so I was shocked I actually liked it! The vanilla ice cream on top definitely made the entire thing even more enjoyable--if I were to get this again I'd make sure to get an extra scoop. The contrast between the piping hot apple pie and the cold ice cream was so addicting and sweet in the best way. We also got the pumpkin cheesecake. I'd pass on this. Didn't have much of a pumpkin flavor and I felt like the cheesecake was lacking overall. The graham cracker crust is buttery and soft which I appreciated, and they top the cheesecake with what tasted like a sugar crumble on top which I also liked. Overall the cheesecake was creamy and smooth but nothing special. I wouldn't get this again, simply for the fact that if you're labeling something as "pumpkin cheesecake" and the first word is pumpkin, I want to be punched in the face with pumpkin flavor, however my friend did enjoy it because he loves cheesecake. Service was great, the views were phenomenal. They also have real bathrooms here. Definitely stop by!

The views are amazing and the ambience and staff are top tier! They offer tasting flights and wine by the glass and also had a charcuterie box for purchase. We sat outside on the balcony patio equipped with heaters and I swear I could lounge out there all day. Amongst the four of us, we shared a cider flight, one glass of wine, a walking pie and a charcuterie box -- it was absolute perfection! Can't wait to come back next year!

They had lots of produce and preserved veggies in jars! They also had a sample area where you could try various apples, pickled veggies, fudge and apple cider! We would order it again in a heartbeat! The strawberry pie tasted like it was just strawberry jam as the filling and we didn't really like it much. Their burgers were so delicious and the sauce they offered were so good!! They had a chipotle and BBQ sauce that was so good that we regretted not asking if they sold it there to bring home with us! They said yes and there are still apples on the trees. Which was not really true, we left with 10 tiny apples, 3 of which were from another family that had given up. We walked all sections of the orchard, most apples were on the ground and rotting. I am disappointed that they told me apples were available. They should have said they were open for their small store but not apple picking. We were excited to go and after we discovered almost no apples on the tree I realized I didnt see people leaving with bags and bags of apples. Most were leaving empty handed. The owners are nice, I want to give them business, it seems like they are about to go out of business since things are run down and they only accept cash. I also like how they give kids a apple for their thumb. But please dont stay open for apple picking if there are no apples to pick. We walked around for probably an hour or more set on finding a tree that still had apples available.

This was on our list to visit so we ended up going here instead, and I'm so glad we did! The owners were very friendly and accommodating. They handed us a map of where to pick apples and where the different types are located, then they pretty much told us to go crazy with picking apples. There weren't many ripe apples at the time we visited, but we still had a wonderful time being there to experience apple picking. The place feels rustic and huge with many apple tree variations to choose from, however, most of the trees were still young so there weren't a lot of shade for adults to hide under. So make sure you wear sunscreen and hats for protection during the day.

The staff are wonderful and the "cutters" do their best to make selecting and cutting the tree a magical experience. They start the tree cutting for you, with their own saws (you don't need to bring your own), so the tree regrows properly - but they each let us take turns. Not as easy as they make it look! So helpful at every step of the process - including free wrapping and tying it to the car. I also recommend bringing cash to tip the cutters who cut your tree and bring it to the front for you. They also usually have a cash only line to pay for your tree which moves way faster than the credit card only line. Lastly, you should get a hot cocoa before you start looking so you have something warm to hold. It's a little pricey but the experience, service, and quality is what keeps us going back!
