Previous grooming trips to other groomers were not always positive. She used to go happily but now fights to be left. Something happened somewhere (not here) and we're always watching to make sure she has a positive experience. Judy made us feel comfortable from the very beginning, talking through our concerns and providing advice and guidance. The day of her grooming Judy again listened to our wishes and we left feeling positive and hoping for the best. Picking up our little fur ball a few hours later, she not only looked great, but seemed happy and comfortable. Knowing from past experience that time would tell, we brought her home and observed. She ate and drank, she played and seemed totally comfortable and at ease. She didn't scratch or bother any areas from her grooming, so it seemed the grooming was done very well.
