He disappeared on Thursday and was gone until Tuesday the week my girl died. My vet couldn't even get in touch with him. My girl died on Wednesday and I never got a condolence call from these people. What I did get was a call a week after she died to remind me of her appointment on Friday. I called again and told them she died. Did they say we are sorry for your loss? Nope. The girl said "so I guess she won't be making her appointment"

Your place was very clean, quiet and super friendly. The rooms were amazing! A window to look outside, cubbies to hide in! Details like pictures on the wall and a valance on the window made it more like a room in a home. I know Minerva was extra "spicy" that morning and you took the time to make her less stressed.
