As a tiny Italian Greyhound, I mostly supervised from a safe distance, but the big dogs seemed to love it. For the humans, there are plenty of benches and seating areas throughout the park. You can grab a pint, relax, and watch the dogs play instead of standing around a typical dog park. They also offer treats, toys, and other dog goodies if your human feels like spoiling you. This weekend I came across many people and the majority had their pups with them. Along the way there was plenty of seating and trash cans which were strategically placed. And though this trail is considered easy, there are a few hills that make it moderate. You will definitely get a workout if you visit. It's well maintained, clean and beautiful! I love the two different areas for big dogs and little dogs. There is lots of room to run around, sticks to catch, and water for dogs to drink. It's a free park about 10 minutes drive from downtown with 33 acres to roam on gravel/dirt paths to see a few dozen large-scale sculptures from some world-renowned artists. The day I visited last month was extremely sunny and hot and there were children playing and enjoying the water fountain with tons of families. I loved this park and the location close to the shops and restaurants along Frazier leads to a day where you can enjoy the park and get lunch or dinner after.
