Greenway as it goes through Tinsley Park
    Gary N.

It's the best walking area we have in Cleveland and has cleaned up the creek front along Keith St. Mostly just a walking trail but dogs are welcome. Must be on leash and clean up the droppings. The trail is over 7 miles currently and runs behind Home Depot off of Paul Huff. A small parking area is there and can park at Home Depot. The central parking area is best at the intersection of Keith St and Raider Dr in the BiLo parking lot. The trail passes through Tinsley Park north and runs parallel to Keith St almost to downtown stoping at Willow St

This walkway just keeps getting bigger and bigger. Just noticed this morning that they extended it even more at the parking area behind Home Depot. Look at my second picture and that is where they did this at sometime over the past few weeks or past few months. I used this a lot during the year of 2013 after buying my new bike. I think the last time I used it was maybe some where around September of 2013. Anyway, you can ride your bicycle down this trail and it is fun and pleasant. It is also healthy too. I added a horn to my bike for safety purposes. Also, you are suppose to pass on the left which is one rule of the Greenway. Joggers can be seen all up and down the trail. Or you can simply walk down this trail or even run. Last but not least, you can see all kinds of dogs. There usually happy as they are enjoying it too. I always take bottle water with me on my bike by installing a bottle holder on it. When I leave home, I fill my cooler full of bottle water and cokes. While I am on the trail, I might pull off and find a resting spot. Now, there are some benches in several places where you can sit and rest. The trail is made of concrete and is pretty smooth. But, there are a few places where I have to change gears to adjust for a hill. I recommend starting at the Home Depot location but you can start at other locations like down the road from the post office, or at the park. Trust

We were so impressed by this greenway. I read somewhere that it totals seven miles. There's street lamps all along the way and I bet this would be a great place to walk at night. I loved the heavily wooded stretches of the path. There were playgrounds, restrooms.....

Okay place to take your dogs at the dog park. However, it seems most people don't pick up their dogs poop! Ugh!

Ask the Community - Cleveland Greenway

Hi, can anyone tell me if this is a pretty safe area and if Cleveland itself is all that dangerous? I keep reading how dangerous it is but it looks so pretty, not exactly downtown Detroit..any info on this park and the area would be great, thanks!!

I have walked the greenway during late afternoons and after dark and never seen any issue. For the most part I would think the entire area where the Greenway stretches are very safe. Cleveland as a whole is a great city. Only a few areas south of…

We parked in parking lot 3 and walked on over. This dog park has some wonderful offerings. Not only is it located in the beautiful wooded, shaded, and peaceful nature park, it is also full of fun amenities for your furry family members.  The dog park is on an enclosed 1 acre space for off leash play and exercise with a variety of fun and thoughtful touches. There's a dog-friendly sandbox, different agility course features, and a splash pad. Other amenities include a dog water fountain, dog wash station, benches, and dog waste stations with courtesy bags. Current park hours are open 7 days a week, 7AM to 7PM, and access is FREE! We also heard that supposedly, the park staff will be working on an expansion to the Barks and Tails Dog Park, increasing it's size to about 4 acres and incorporating a trail into the space as well. It's pretty exciting!

I'll make it short & sweet. July 15, 2026, I called Reservations (can't remember the name of the…read moregirl who took my reservations, although I wrote it down somewhere but when I hear it, I'll know it) & booked the dates of July 18th, Saturday, to July 21st, Tuesday of 2026; B65 was the location. I explained to the female that I had trouble with self-reservation online & I couldn't see the rest of the information in the dropdown box whenever I clicked, what looked like a location was available or as I understood it to be available. She took my reservation, REPEATED IT BACK to me correctly (in between putting me on hold about 2 or 3 times) and then gave me the price. I paid for it and she sent the email confirmation. I looked at the email and saw the date I called, the time & "18th - 21st." Cool. That Saturday morning of July 18th, I drove over 9 hours (got lost a little bit because of highway construction and GPS) but made it there. Went to the office lobby, gave my name & the campground location. "Brandy" is what the front desk girl asked me as my name. "No..." I responded and repeated my name. Well, long story short, she said Brandy had my spot, I was offered another location, I took it, showed her my confirmation and saw that the reservation girl had listed me as "Tuesday, August 18, 2026 arrival" and departure "Friday, August 21, 2026." I told the young lady at the desk of the conversation of my reservation and stated that although I didn't notice the month and days were incorrect, the reservationist spoke it correctly, so that's what I saw. The part that really got me, she said I had to pay $17.00 extra to go to the new location. I refused. I have worked in hospitality for years and I know how it works. I told her I wasn't upset with her but I shouldn't have to pay for their mistake. I asked for a refund. Then I drove another 10 or so hours back home (because of traffic & getting lost trying to leave Spencer, TN). I'm just now leaving this review because I tried to forget what happened but each time someone asked me, who hadn't seen me since I returned, how my vacation went, as I replay the scenario, my emotional feelings of frustration, some anger & the memory of how exhausted I was, returns. I slept for 2 days because I had missed so much sleep just driving to TN then immediately returning home. Will I ever return to this campground? I doubt it. NO, I shall not. No one even apologized to me. All I heard was, "That'll be $17.00." My response, "17.00 for what? I'm paying?" Nooooo, I believe I'm done. Thanks for reading.

The campground did have decent guest WiFi, but we utilized our own StarLink satellite for internet. The park is amazing with golf, lodge, trails, and falls.
