The location seemed to be very concerned about theft -- there are several signs asking customers to leave bags and items to purchase at counter instead of carrying them around the store. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and pleasant. There are several video games in the store, and all are set to freeplay, which is great for giving the non-shoppers something to do while the shoppers browse. There were a few non-working machines, but enough were operable to provide some good fun for several people at once. But, the highlights of this shop are the amazing "Fun Walls." They truly are fun. For $10 you can climb giant building blocks, a cityscape, under the sea, a spider's web, and other cool scenes. I don't know how long you can climb for the price -- maybe it's unlimited. But, the strength in our arms was not unlimited. So we had to call it quits earlier than we would have liked. Some of the walls are more challenging than others, but all are enjoyable. This was one of the best and most memorable parts of our Myrtle Beach experience. The Fun Walls outshone the beach, the food, and many other attractions!

He was knowledgeable on the skim boards and sized up the right board to my granddaughters height and weight. I spent more than I wanted too , but getting a better skim board meant better success. She skim boarded on our last vacation together in the Outer Banks. She went out everyday and eventually learned how to skim board. My reasoning for getting her a good one. Back to Bert's , easy access to, plenty of parking, anything you want in surfing , skateboarding , swim wear, accessories and more are here.
