Clearly, I expected that I would need a crown, but he did not take advantage of me and was professional and reassuring. The office is magnificent, clean and welcoming. I'm sorry I forgot their names - but the gentleman that did my X-rays was gentle & extremely professional. The girl at the front desk was very thorough in explaining my treatment plans! Unfortunately, I cannot afford the "All on 4 or 6 dental implants " at this time. I wish I could!

The girls at the desk were so friendly! The office is very updated and it's not an unfriendly environment. Dr. Fratellone told me exactly what he was going to do and asked if I was alright every step of the way. Hopefully I won't be back but if I had to this would be the surgeon to go to! Drove 45 mins to get there for a 9am appointment. I was 5 mins early and the first one to arrive at…read morethe office. Seems like the staff was just getting settled. 2 people walked in after me and were seen before me. I filled out 6 sheets of paperwork too. Finally after 36 mins I was called back, but only to be asked a bunch of questions I already answered on the extensive paperwork. After another almost 10 mins the doctor comes in. He literally took a long Q-tip opened my son's mouth looked for maybe 10 seconds and he was done. I told him my concerns (even though he didn't ask) but he brushed it off and said bye. So all that for 2 minutes of his time. I won't be back. I gave 2 stars because the staff was nice and polite.
