I…read moreleft the truck,and after a short time got a callback,and was told the work could not be done.I went back to the station,and was told the reason was the grill,and bumper had to come off first before the work could be done?????? (To change the lights)?...I drove the truck up the Street to a muffler, and brake shop,and in less than 30 min.the work was done.no grill or bumper removal necessary.... Max's has done decent work for me in the past,so I am at a loss to understand what has changed with them.I will not use them in the future. has changed there.I won't use that shop again.

I was on a time crunch to leave the area and took it in to this place because it's open on a Saturday. Tire repair? 20 something bucks, I said fine. Met the tech. He pointed it out and he could repair it. Kimberly, the clerk, then claims they cannot repair it tho. I have heard this song and dance before and its a nasty game they play. The puncture was on the tread, not the wall. She claims its at an "angle" and cannot legally be repaired even if on the tread. I suspected she was lying, but again I was on a time crunch. So I bit the bullet and bought the overpriced tire and told them to put the old one in the back. I remember driving past a couple mom and pop tire shops. I went straight to one that was thankfully open on a Saturday. They repaired the tire no problem, which would be 30 bucks. But I bartered my overpriced non -matching new one for the repair. This place is vile, I hate this place. I hate myself knowing they were ripping me off and taking advantage of it because I was on a time crunch. Any other time, I would have cursed them out and left. Taking advantage of someone down on their luck is evil. The place and their management must lack religion. Do NOT go here. Do not reward this place with business. Go to a mom and pop shop instead. I can understand going here if pressed for time like me and forced to go a chain with more hours, but if not? 100% go elsewhere. I am really upset with myself for not having the foresight what to say and do when Kimberly straight up lied to me and insulted my intelligence. Playing the "its not legal" card is total BS. Its on the tread!!! Not the wall which is illegal. Claiming its at an angle is BS. Thinking about it. How can any authority know if its at angle or not at the tread. Oh this place is evil.

I got an oil change, my coolant replaced, and new wiper blades installed for $110 in total, and they checked/refilled all the other fluids, washed my windows, and vacuumed the interior of my car as well. I checked my oil ,nothing was on my dip stick ! Checked my oil filter ! Not screwd all the way down ! At that point I contacted the grease monkey location in Murry Kentucky. They told me to have my suv towed to there location they would pay for the tow ,put my suv on there there auto computer system at there shop and gladly fix the problem because it was there fault ! The next day I get a call from the tow company ! Grease monkey would not pay the tow bill ! After I followed the tow truck down to the Murry location that night to drop off my suv .the manager told the tow truck driver that grease monkey would be picking up the tow bill ! After the tow company called me telling me they would not pay the tow bill,I contacted the Murry location asking why they claimed after looking at my suv it was not the foult.if anyone has had issues with this location please contact me -*

Just warning all the folks out. Once while I was there I smelled pot and I really don't want that kind of guy working on my car. They had no other vehicles in the shop, so I have no idea why it took so long. The fact that they charge a $15 shop fee on a service they already offer, plus a 3% convenience fee for using a debit card, is beyond ridiculous. It would have been nice to know these fees were going to be charged up front, before making the appointment. An extra, unexpected $30.00 charge on top of the quoted price, is just insane.

One of the repairs took an extra day beyond what they initially thought, but it was a sensor buried inside the engine so .. there ya go.
