Really cool place to come by and shot pool good ambiance to come by chill and a a few drinks 10/10

A decent place to shoot pool. The tables on the lower level seem a bit worn on the edges when the balls hit. The sticks are straight, the bar food is good, beers cold and the music genre rotates so everybody is happy. Did not know this but pool halls in Humble allow smoking so plan accordingly. read more

Bad costumer service by the manager "Jennifer" We got kicked out for asking for a drink!! Apparently she was too busy to wait for us to decide what we wanted to order so she proceeded to call security to take us out. Completely rude and disrespectful behavior for her being a "manager" read more

Ambience was nice very up beat. They have a jukebox where you can pay to queue a song of your choice which for me is a plus. The servers are very kind and upbeat and pass by every now and then to make sure all is good so service was awesome. It IS a smoking allowed place so just a thing to keep in mind. Such a fun bar! Tons of pool tables, great bar staff, and super fast. Smoking is inside but doesn't bother me too much. Drinks are cheaper here compared to the rest of Houston and they have awesome specials all the time. Karaoke nights on Wednesdays are super fun. Shout out to my favorite bartender Kass! read more

Wanted to come for a fun night of pool. The DJ is horrible, and played inconsistent music. How do you go from country, to rap to dubstep? Also, the drinks are made completely wrong and they drown it in alcohol if you get a mixed drink. Won't be returning to this location. read more

Casual date night was had here! Me and Ronnie K. decided to check this place out, so close to home and all! This is a very large pool hall! They had a DJ playing along with tons of cigarette smoke...which is the big turn off for me! We were directed to a table of our choosing. They took our drink order and we got down to business...shooting pool! haha We were there maybe an hour and a half until the smoke was bothering us both. But we did have a good time! Although I will look for those where smoking is outside only! read more

I tell you what dem girls was all dressed up in they Halloween shirts and pants and whatnot...The Astros crushed the Yankees heart....the DJ #breadarachi was playing my jam, snow white served me some sweet Washington apples, and my new minion Steph Bob ....provided me with a frosty mug for my beer enjoying pleasure...all in all....fuck cigarettes....but I'd come back for the staff smiles. read more

Pro: Pool tables are generally available and service is pretty quick about accommodating you to a pool table. Cons: Staff is incompetent when it comes to knowing what beers they have. Pool stick are scattered and are pretty difficult to find. The DJ plays the same set of songs that doesn't make any sense put together (rap & country) read more

I live in New Caney, so this is the closest spot for me. I go in, put on headphones on and practice a bit. I normally have to wait forever for a table, even on non-busy nights because the wait staff just ignore you. Last visit was yesterday around 10PM-i go through the usual wait, waitress asks what table i want, i state 13. We go up there, theres already balls at the table, so she says ok so youre all set and leaves. I rack em myself, break, hit a few, and another waitress comes over and says so this table is taken-there was a game already going on. While yes it did have balls at the table, none were on the slate-all were in the pockets, no ones drinks or shit were at the side table, and again the other waitress just put me here. She says oh I KNOW there were balls on this table-there was already a game going on, and looks at me like i'm being an ass. I say look i dont know what to say, i didnt just ruin someones game and then randomly start playing here because i thought it would be fun-im not lying there were no balls on the table, etc.. She says well you need to move. I just said screw it and moved one table over. The person who apparently was playing there left to get a burger, and came back and sat down to eat it at that table. It stayed empty for about an hour before that. I have my headphones in, and the waitress comes back up there and starts talking to the guy, explaining what happened. I didnt hear the whole thing, but strangely she was super nice and attentive all the sudden once she and that dude spoke. I hope he told her you're ridiculous for treating that dude like he tried to steal something, go be nice and not a complete ass. I normally tip very well (upwards of 30 every single time, hoping that maybe they appreciate it and give better service) but tonight she had to settle with 2 dollars and a lost pool aficionado. I'll find somewhere-anywhere, else and advise of you are minutely decent at pool (dont just want to hang out with 80 of your friends around a table next to someone being respectful of the fact that all 80 of you need to sit/lean/dance/etc on any table thats not theirs) this is not the place for you. read more

I came here last night with my coworkers and I will NEVER come back to this place. Not because of the drinks or waitstaff or anything, but because of the out-of-line police officer that harassed us at closing. This man sat and watched his watch turn to 2:00 am and then immediately told us it was time to go. Well I guess bc we didn't immediately jump up and run for the door he came over and grabbed the cue ball right off the table and was pushing his body up on one of my friends saying again, "I told you it's time to go! Get out. We said, "OK that is fine, were not trying to give you any problems." He continued being very loud and aggressive with us saying we were a problem. Keep in mind there are at least 25 OTHER patrons still in the building around the bar and they were not being harassed in this manner. We went to complain to the manager who looks to be a girl in her early 20s, and the police officer stepped right up to my friend in an intimidating manner as he was trying to talk to her. I have never been difficult with a police officer and I have respect for the profession. I understand they probably deal with a lot of people that give them difficulties, but I have NEVER in my life been treated like that. I honestly wish I would've gotten his name and badge number or gotten it on camera. read more

Sorry for the long review, but hear me out. Pros: This is a very large pool hall- lots of tables and room to move around. They have a pretty decent mix of music to appeal to just about anyone (under 50), and the weekend DJ's really know how to do their thing! They allow my man to smoke indoors, which I like because he won't really spend too much time at places that don't allow him to smoke. It's spacious enough on the inside to where you won't gag from the smoke if you're not a smoker though. The waitresses are very attentive and friendly, which is a plus, and the prices for the pool aren't too bad for what I expected on this side of town- $10/hr. It's also in a great location with lots of parking, and they have great hours everyday, so they can fit pretty much anyone's schedule. The staff and managers are all nice and generally have a good, fun-promoting attitude. They also have sheriffs checking ID's at the door on the busiest so the place isn't full of minors or riffraff. Cons: The bathrooms are nasty, especially if you have to go after about 11:30. They should probably have a person to come and clean and restock the bathroom halfway through the night on the busy nights. Some of the pool cues need to be re-tipped so patrons don't have to go around hunting for cues they can use. Now, on to the most disappointing part : the drinks and the prices. I understand that they may not want to have the strongest drinks because they don't want people falling on their faces when they leave or having to call cabs for their patrons, I get that. At the same time, I also should NOT have to pay a premium price ($8-$10) for a drink that doesn't even have a shot's worth of liquor! I was even willing to pay more to get a hard liquor on the rocks, but when it arrived, it tasted like ice water with a splash of liquor added for taste. I was hungry during one visit, so I ordered a pizza, (I thought it was cool that they offered food!) but when it arrived it was basically a small personal sized pizza for $10!! I tried to outsmart their prices by ordering something the bartenders can't water down and ordered a beer bucket (a 6-pack on ice) and those are $20! Do yourself a favor and eat and have a couple of cocktails before you come to shoot pool and hear the awesome DJ's, or... you can just go somewhere else! Save your money! read more

We mistakenly went there to celebrate a friend's birthday, they were short staffed (maybe because nobody wants to work for that asshole manager!), the one waitress they did have seemed like she was 12 and didn't know what the hell she was doing, and they charged my friend, the birthday girl, 3 times the amount she ordered. And, when she went to talk to the manager, all he could say was, "I don't know what to tell you!" and "This is a sober signature, and this is a drunk signature." This was after he left to the back for 20 minutes and came back with some made up receipts. Keep in mind that the night we went to celebrate, we heard, "I don't know what to tell you!" about 15 times. Apparently, he doesn't know a lot for being a manager!
