We have been coming to the grooming salon here for a few years now; we followed Patty who has been…read moreamazing every time and gets our dog done in less than 3 hours. He's a tiny Shih Tzu weighing about 8 pounds and very quiet. Before this session, I called and asked for a recommendation to see what groomer would be a great fit for him, since he's very fragile. We got booked with Dev (Devanie) and I took him in with a lot of trust. The grooming took over 4 hours, I had to drive over at 4 hours because I was worried something happened since I hadn't gotten a call and he was one of the first that got dropped off at 8am. Sadly, he came back a mess and was barely getting his nails trimmed when I showed up. She said that he was wiggle so she couldn't do his face that well. However, it wasn't just his face. One leg was trimmed less than the other 4, the chest area and around the face and ears is uneven and looks bluntly cut, and his private area is still dirty and looks ungroomed. Worst of all I have no idea what he was doing in there for 4 hours, and when I asked the response I got was that some groomers are faster than others, no response on where he was during that time. If dogs are not your love and passion then I don't understand why anyone, that doesn't have their values aligned, would be working in a grooming salon.

Brandon used to be her groomer but he departed a couple years back but luckily we were able to find Patty! She's the best! She always treats my girl with love and care and it shows when I get her back. The best part of the whole thing is receiving the paw-gress reports. Brittany is always great there too!

I'm sure I could buy less expensive food online but I prefer to purchase in person. I feel like they offer a bit more cat products since they moved to this location a couple years ago. They used to be located by the rail road tracks in what looked like a big red barn. The new location seems more spacious and a lot better IMO since it's not as cold and more parking. The service is always great cus the employees are always knowledgeable. They even have a rewards program with some dog food. I think it's buy 10 bags or buy 15 bags get the next free? Something like that. It has to be the same bag same weight tho. Still good if ur grabbing the same shit. The last time we went we changed our dogs dog food cus he was having bad allergies. There was a lady there that worked with the brand Red Barn (how funny I brought up red barn earlier lol) and she helped us out a lot. We ended up choosing that brand n got grain free and she gave us a $10 off coupon I forgot how much it was but that was deals... she also gave us a free canned food version and a coupon for the dry food topper for free. So we got all that for the discounted dog food price cus of the coupons. Fuckkn awesome man!!!

As much as I used to enjoy this store, things have really gone downhill... everytime I come in,…read moretheir service in the aquatic department is extremely lacking. The wait times for help are ridiculously long and employees couldn't make it clearer that they'd prefer not to be there or dealing with you. During my most recent visit to the store, I picked out a fish and the aquatic department employee accidentally mismarked the price on the bag. When I got to the counter, it turns out the employee had bagged the completely wrong fish-- when brought to their attention & requesting the correct fish, the cashier was less than apologetic and wanted to charge me double the price instead of honoring the pricing listed on their own display tanks. Between their rudeness, disorganization, and regularly sick fish, I've accepted that I cannot in good conscience continue to support this store anymore. Do better.

Heather was very sweet and gentle, and when I picked up my dog, his mood was so much different than his first experience. The worst part was dealing with the staff when I tried to get help with the returns or purchase the fish. The customer service problems started from my first visit. When I asked the employee with the lip piercing for help catching some fish, she looked at me but ignored me, so I had to asked again for another employee to assist me. I had to make several return trips because one fish died, one not happy eating, and other just too aggressive. The employee with the lip piercing and the other woman with long hair at the registers were both unhelpful and had really poor attitudes. During my third return, the employee with the piercing told me she "didn't have room to take the fish back" and told me to go get the other guy to handle it. When I finally found another employee (lady's coworker), he became frustrated and told me this would be the last time he would accept a return because I had already had multiple returned before. Instead of addressing the fact that the fish were dying shortly after purchase, or aggression, or sad fish, I felt like I was being blamed as the customer. Also I returned the fish within the store's 30-day return period A good fish store should care about the health of the animals they sell and treat customers professionally when issues happen. Unfortunately, my experience was the opposite. Unhealthy fish, poor customer service, and a frustrating experience. I recommend avoiding this location. Especially avoid the Cashiers that never happy with their job

100/10 Experience at Seven Wonders Pets! (they seemed to have updated their business name)…read more We took a 3-hour drive to check out Seven Wonders Pets for their tarantula selection, and it was absolutely worth it. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly informative, passionate, and welcoming. We spent nearly two hours chatting with Ramsy and Alex, who gave us what felt like a masterclass on tarantula care and husbandry. The selection was impressive, and their approach was unlike anything we've seen at other pet or reptile shops. They had a massive variety of enclosures and offered everything we needed, from Tarantula Cribs enclosures, to cork bark, moss, sticks, soil, water dishes, leaves, and more. The best part? They've created a super cool "build-a-bear" style experience for enclosures, you can either build it yourself with their materials, or have them do it for you. We had Ramsy and Alex build ours, and they did an amazing job. It turned out so well that we're now redoing all of our other tarantula enclosures...... lol The shop was clean, well-stocked, and run by people who clearly care about the animals and their customers. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and honestly wouldn't mind making the 3-hour drive again. If you're in the area, or even if you're not, I highly recommend checking them out and supporting their business. Thanks again to the whole team, we'll definitely be back! -- Shawn
