The "car wash" tunnel merely sprays soap and foam and then rinses it off and blows it dry; there are no brushes that even touch your vehicle within the tunnel of this car wash. This is more of a car spritz, not a wash. Unless you just want to rinse off salt from ice-treated roads or rinse off the pollen in the spring, save your money and find another car wash location that will actually touch your car to brush off surface dirt.

I had a check engine light on on my Honda Fit 2015. They found out a problem with the exhaust system and gave me an estimate. I did some research and found the amount fair, even on the lower side. Ended up paying even less because they didn't have to replace sensors and were able to use the original ones. I was able to get a loaner car from them too and not lose any work that day. Which was great! Now my car is driving great. They also suggested I change my tires which I did with them for a good price. I hadn't changed my tires in about 4 years... It was definitely time. And lastly - the following day the tire pressure light came on. I went to the gas station by the auto shop to get some air since I thought it was normal with new tires. One of the mechanics came out recognizing my car and said I just need to reset the sensor and he helped me with it. So happy with this place!!! Highly recommend!

I was referred here by my coworkers because they have a shuttle service and are close to my job. The guy who drives the shuttle is out sick so they cannot drive me back to work which sucks because I came here for that reason. They said I'm the first in line so they can do my complete both inspections before 8am. They did and I was pleasantly surprised and very happy! Will come back but will call first if I need shuttle service.

Pathetic. I've lived in Reston since 1974 and have rarely experienced such blatant "bait and switch" in my 52 years living here.
