The car had to stay for diagnostic and repair. Joe arranged a ride home for me. Joe contacted me in the afternoon and told me the vehicle would not be ready till the next day. On the following day Lori called and said the vehicle was ready. She said that she could have the car dropped off at my home About an hour later the car was dropped off. Because I had the extended warranty there was no charge.
