Unfortunately iam not happy with circle collision this time. I have used them for several years and quality was good. But this time around iam not happening. First one of the headlight assembly that they changed water is getting in and it's all fogged up. Plus the inside housing color not matching the other side original assembly. Carlo and the team are super friendly and helpful. Most of all gracious in handling my special case where I had to cancel the work due to some magical car self-healing! My car bumper was dented pretty hard so I took it to the shop for a replacement. My insurance issued a check and we were all set to perform the repair except the timing didn't work out. I had a 2wk vacation pending so I elected to wait til' after I returned. Fast forward two wks, I return, and the car bumper magically fixed the dent on its own! I had left the car in the airport parking lot. Apparently being exposed to the elements can warp bumper dents back into place (it's called "oil canning" - look it up!) CCC had already ordered the parts but Carlo was so gracious in agreeing to cancel the work and return the part even though he would have to pay a restocking fee. Of course you don't want to have a situation to have your car repaired after being damaged, but if you do, this is the place that will do it right. The result after they finished the work was simply spectacular. You couldn't tell where the damage was done. Heck, it's not noticeable even if you searched for it witb a microscope. From the very beginning of the process they were incredibly courteous and knowledgeable. What I loved the most is they underpromised and overdelivered, which is an exception in today's service world. Their connection to the rental car service was also top notch. The rental agency came to the repair facility, picked me up and drove me to pick up my rental. After the repair was finished, two weeks earlier than promised, I dropped the rental off at the repair shop and that was that. Everything was one stop and no hassle, to boot. The people at this shop are just the BEST! They have repaired 2 of my vehicles in the past and their work was just terrific. Today they REALLY helped my out. I heard water sloshing in my car and thought perhaps that water from the recent rain had gotten into my door. But I really had no idea. I decided to stop in to Circle and see if they could take a look. They knew exactly what happened. A drain from the sunroof had clogged and water backed up under the floor of the cabin. They got about a gallon of water out. I was so grateful.....I had no appointment...I just came in and they looked at my car right away. Just the best! I highly recommend. Honest, helpful people. I was just rear-ended and towed by Circle Collision. The owner who towed me went beyond the call of duty and after towing my car home, he tied up the bumper got the trunk to close so that I would be able to drive it until I am able to get it repaired. So where do I begin? My daughter's car was hit when a woman ran a stop sign and T-boned her car. Thankfully everyone involved was fine. I called My auto insurance company to file a claim and was given Circle Collision as an Auto-body shop to get a repair estimate. Since I needed to get this done quick, I made an appointment on a weekday morning and sent my daughter. My daughter called me to say that Mike,the owner, was very nice and explained everything that had to be done. As they were talking she mentioned that the woman had run a stop sign and hit her. He asked to see the police report. He Called to tell me to withdraw my claim with my insurance company because he had called the woman's insurance company to find out if they would take full responsibility for the accident They did! That meant I didn't have to come up with a deductible and that I could have her insurance handle the entire process Mike even called them back to tell them that I wasn't going to visit one of their estimators that they wanted me to and that he was going to email his estimate to them. He even arranged a rental car for me I didn't have to do a thing. I got a check in the mail for the entire repair bill that I gave to Mike. On top of all that I called him to tell him my daughter needed the car to in 2 weeks to move to North Carolina. He told me that was not a problem and not to worry This was by far the best experience I've ever had at an auto- body shop. UPDATE After Mike's rude outburst i was forced to get back in touch with My insurer and take the truck elswhere to have the repairs redone. I was with out the truck for 3 weeks while they disassembled everything and waited for the insurer to send out an adjuster. They found numerous problems with circles work. Bent used bolts were put back,the frame was not straightened,the cab was not in the proper position. Circle put back old parts that they got paid for to replace new! I was with out My truck for a month for the first repair. I made numerous trips back to seee rude Mike then left the truck another week with circle at which time they fixed nothing. Made several more trips there including the above mentioned time where Mike tried to be a tough guy. Now I lost the truck for another 3 weeks to have it redone elsewhere. So because of Circle I was with out My truck for an additional month. Since it was the same accident My rental coverage was used up. Who's compensating me for 1 month of Lease payment insurance costs rental costs and ubers ect? NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE!!! read more
