I think I found out why... which is why I'm knocking twstars off for the service. My first glass of wine was a short pour, and then I had to wait 15 minutes (no exaggeration) for the refill after I asked for it. Overall, I felt rather ignored and often went very long stretches with no attention at all. I know good service staff is hard to come by in the Upper Valley, but this was a little ridiculous.

Shout out to Tatum, a fashi-forward bartender who executes Kris's deliciously balanced craft cocktails with verve & finesse while Kris flits back and forth, shaking, stirring, and socializing. The brisket was flavorful and satisfying, while the maple buffalo chicken had an awesome combination of sweet and spicy flavors.
