Our neighbor recommended this place & we came on a Saturday doing an early dinner at 4:45, and they had just open at 4:30 only a couple tables were taken and very friendly staff and nice ambiance. Fast service. It was lobster fest, or lobster specials. The sea scallops were huge & cook perfectly, shrimp was also cooked perfect. The onion soup was one of the best, highly recommend. We were looking for dinner on a Wednesday so our usual spots were closed, led us to trying Rhythm. May be a little hard to find being towards the back of the RiverWalk hotel, but well worth it. The outdoor tables were fantastic--it was raining pretty good but they're very covered, we stayed plenty dry and enjoyed the open air (see pics for the view!). Our server, Jordan, was prompt, professional, and had some helpful recommendations. Versus most restaurants on the main road in Lincoln I'd say the prices here are a bit higher and the portions are a bit smaller, but the quality is a significant step up too. Salmon was great, and I really enjoyed the risotto in particular. The salad also had an apple cider vinegarette dressing that felt very homemade (I think there were little chunks of apple in it). The Rhythm Ciders were fantastic, the flight came with generous 5 ounce pours (the seasonal was my personal favorite). Our experience was far from that described in some of the negative reviews. Our server checked on us a number of times, the manager came by two or three times, and everything came exactly as ordered. Maybe there were some growing pains when they first moved to this space, but they've certainly been worked out now--this will be a go-to for us when we want a nicer dinner in the area. I would assume only service dogs allowed, as you need to walk through the restaurant to reach the outdoor seating and it's on a balcony. read more

New to Linwood, the restaurant has an inviting ambiance, diverse menu( seemed more pub food) in the new part of River Walk. Our party of 8 sampled the hummus plate and bread with garlic. Both were good ; drinks had generous pours; full bar with top shelf offerings. Our waiter, Gregory , was affable and gregarious but vanished at what seemed for long periods of time(too many tables to cover?) Everyone seemed to enjoy their entrees, I had the salmon which was quite good. Others had chicken, fish and chips and steak tips. All plates seemed cleared. We were never rushed and spent 2.5 hours there- I guess a quarter of the restaurant was occupied. Indoor and outdoor dining are offered. We had no room for dessert. Gratuities are added to the bill for large parties, FYI. Again, a welcome addition to the Linwood culinary experience. read more

Disappointing experience. We went to the new location inside the Riverwalk Resort at Loon Mountain for dinner. They opened only 3-4 weeks ago here, right by the main lobby of the resort. They have indoor and outdoor seating, and you have a pretty nice view of the mountains and the pool down below. We ordered Sun-dried Tomato Pesto Haddock, Scallops & Apples that we opted for "Make it a meal" option, and Prime Rib Dip Sandwich. After 10 min or so of us eating our dishes, we realized that the Scallop dish was missing the risotto. We looked for our server, who never looked over to us, and never came to check on us. We had to go hunt him down in order to get his attention. The fact that he never came to check on our table was a negative thing. After notifying him of their error, he said that the order was placed correctly. But hey, it is the server's job to ensure the dish that comes out of the kitchen matches the order correctly. Then he said he didn't even know the food came out. Another negative thing. The server should know when the food comes out, or at that point (been a while since we ordered), he should have been checking to see why the food isn't coming out. He brought a side dish of the risotto a while later, and kept saying "sorry for the misunderstanding" - in which I never understood what misunderstanding we had??? It was simply their error and mistake. When a manager came by, she simply made more excuses instead of apologizing. And she was the one who brought the dishes to our table, so she should have noticed that the risotto was missing before she brought them out. So, we received no real apology, and I thought maybe they will make adjustment in the bill for their mistake and how it inconvenienced us, but no. We were very disappointed. The food was good, but the service was not good. Which is really sad. Hopefully they will learn to take responsibility for their mistakes rather than making excuses in the future, and learn from their mistakes. read more

Last evening we headed to Rhythm Tap & Grille for the third time since they opened. It will be our last time there!! They need a new manger there, one that realizes how important service is to diners. As usual the service was absolutely substandard!! The restaurant was not even close to capacity as it had several empty tables within the dining room as well as empty seating at the bar. We sat at our high top table for at least 20 minutes prior to my husband walking over to the hostess to explain the issue. He explained that 2-3 different servers walked past our table multiple times during the 20 minute wait, yet not one stopped to take a drink order nor the food order. The hostess apologized and said she would send a server over immediately. We sat for another 5-10 minutes without a server stopping at our table. We got up and told the hostess how horrible their service was and left!! We instead dined at Gordi's just down the street from Rhythm Tap & Grille. The service at Gordi's far exceeds any service we've received at Rhythm Tap & Grille. The food is always great at Gordi's as is their service there. Our server there was Hannah who was phenomenal...definitely on her game!! Save your self the aggravation and unpleasant experience of dining at Rhythm Tap & Grille and just give Gordi's a try instead. Year after year their food and service exceeds expectations read more

The only thing saving this review is the food. The winter salad and pub burger were really good. The service was just horrible. There was no accountability. We were 1 of maybe 4 other tables in the whole place. We saw multiple staff members standing around and eating while we waited nearly an hour for our food. We were told after 40 minutes our food would be right out and then all of our food including appetizers (French fries and soup) came out together 20 minutes later. We complained to the server twice. Sent the soup back. We completely finished our meals and drinks before the server came back to check on us. And we never received an apology from the supervisor who was busy socializing. No bill adjustment for the poor service. The waiters response, "yeah I'm mad about it too." Really disappointing. read more

This place offered some great local drinks. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars was that hubby and I wanted to try two wines that they advertised but did not have at this location. I did have their spiked strawberry seltzer which was good. My husband tried a red wine they had and my daughter had the blueberry slushie. First place I have been too that the slushie was made with there hard seltzer instead of wine. They do offer meats and cheeses to go with your drinks. My friends and I visited Rhythm while we were waiting for our table at a nearby brewery, and we were pleasantly surprised! My friends ordered wine flights and really enjoyed them. We considered ordering wine slushies (they looked very tempting), but decided they might be too sweet. I ordered the peach spiked seltzer, which actually tasted a bit like a light wine to me, but I quite enjoyed it. We didn't order any food, but from what I saw, it looked like the platters were fairly substantial. Our waitress was attentive and came over a few times to check on us and see if we needed anything else. Considering it's right next to a parking lot, the outdoor area still had a great vibe to it. The food was absolutely terrible. Ordered fondue to start and the cheese wasn't warm and had little Candle that after 30 minutes warmed it up but it was too late. The broccoli was ice cold and very wet and inedible. The salmon and risotto were awful and had cinnamon and or nutmeg which is a common additive to Mac and cheese but so overpowering and just bad. Only reason I gave a 2 star was because our server was lovely. Peg was kind and attentive and the shining star. Lincoln really needs to do better. Maybe I will Try a burger next time?!! This was such a fun spot to go to in Lincoln, NH. It's connected to a few other wineries and breweries but this was my favorite. Everything about this place is wrong. The beverage offerings aren't good, everything is overpriced, it seems like there's waiter/waitress service but there's not (you have to walk to the counter to pay your bill and nobody comes to check on you after delivering whatever you ordered. The food is served as what they refer to as "picnic style" which is extremely weird. We ordered a charcuterie board and received cheese and Pepperoni in its original packaging and a half of a sleeve of Pepperidge farm crackers on a cutting board with a knife. I was confused, did we order this Togo? Who hands someone wrapped food to cut and open themselves!? There was no honey, no fruit, nothing...very bizarre place and wasn't enjoyable at all. Sadly, I don't see them lasting long unless they make some major changes. read more
