She was knowledgeable about the memberships, as well as the equipment needed for a successful class - I felt very welcomed! Emily was a wonderful instructor, very patient and detailed when explaining the background of the class and expectations. Boy, I was so wrong! By my second week, I felt tone on areas that I never knew existed. My back is toner Yaaaaas. This week, I was sweating after one class and by the second class, my body was so sore. It's that good feel sore, ya know, that you knew you had a good workout sore. The ladies/trainers are wonderful! I'm not sure how they remember everyone names, but they are good at it. They are very helpful and make sure you're doing your forms right. For sure, expect that they'll help you out, some touchy-feely moments, and will give you some worthwhile workouts. Gotta check Bar Method out!

The studio is located within a commercial area and may seem unassuming as you follow your GPS there. But wow - this studio fully utilized the space it is in. I was greeted upon arrival and filled out the sheet as a first time student. (Also TBC is on classpass!) I took my shoes off at the front. They have a small retail area as well as an area with towels, wipes, mats for rent, etc. this area seemed to pertain to the heated classes more than the original barre code class that i was there for. I was shocked at how larger the studio was. For sure the largest barre studio I've ever seen. I felt like I had so much space which was nice. The prop area outside has a small easel up top that states what you will need for your class. This studio has two classrooms - one for the heated classes, and one for the nonheated. Plenty of lockers with keys are available as well. Now for the class: wow what a butt kick. Literally did butt kicks from time to time. But the 50 minutes flew by. The pacing was quick but I never felt like i wasn't able to stay up to speed. Throughout the class the lights dimmed to prepare us for the final "burnout" as they call It and stretching. My hips could have used a bit more stretching between segments but all in all it was a great workout. I may just venture back again!

They knew it was my first class, so we got a mini tour of the studio and it is very clean and organized. There are multiple different class times and instructors. I took a 5:30pm class on Monday & it was pretty full, but had lots of energy! All attendees were at different stages of their Pure Barre 'journey', but the instructor was super patient with me and other first-timers! The class itself is high intensity and provides a great workout in a short period of time! (Even though I was sore for 48 hours after the class) Highly recommend!

This is my place!!!…read more Sho'Time is super welcoming and incredibly energetic. The owner, Sho, is a natural teacher and incredibly fun. After growing up with intense dance instruction at other studios, Sho'Time is a breath of fresh air. There are hip hop, body sculpt, barre, and dance fusion classes- I honestly love all of them. I'm sore after each one! Sho always plays great, new music and is constantly teaching new moves and awesome choreography. The prices are great as well- college students only had to pay $60 for the whole summer this time around! You will love coming here and make some great friends as well. Highly recommend!
