I asked Mark to install 3 plugs on the back side of the engine, the hard ones to replace. He advised that would require and hour of service $138. I agreed and signed the agreement. I ended up with a bill including $126.00 diagnostic test. I was told, a new or rebuilt transmission would be appropriate. Do you think they checked the transmission fluid? No but they charged me $126.00 to read the code. I understand car Dealer Service Centers earn $1,000,0000 per year. I think Mark is right up there, ripping off people like me. If you are an honest operator, is there any hope for people driving older cars ?? Try checking the Transmission fluid level, it is not impossible even though it is a sealed system, it has a cap clearly visible and accessible. Gary K.

He explained why and how it works, he was also able to inform me of some auto salvage yards that will have a whole spare tire for my car. I called that had one I went and got it. This time I needed a new tire for one that had sidewall damage. It's a special tire, but they were able to locate one and have it delivered and installed in a couple of days. When picking it up, I was running late and they said, "No worries, we'll be around a little longer -- stop by as soon as you can." I really appreciate their focus on the customer, setting realistic expectations, and getting the work done as promised. I've only had them do tire work, but I'm considering using them for other repairs.

I live NEXT DOOR to their business so I wanted to support my local business. I explained my battery light kept flashing on and off and did they have time to visibly look at it (thinking maybe the connections may be bad). I was willing to wait if indeed the battery was the problem for a repair. It couldn't have taken more than 5 min to just look. The woman on the phone didn't ask any further questions, just dismissed me and said we don't have any openings today. Horrible customer service. Uncaring, inflexible and rude. Definitely no "going above and beyond" or "fitting me in". I'm an older single woman with grandchildren to drive around. So disappointed.
