He brings me a 12 point socket. I tell him I need a 6 point socket. He immediately says, We don't have one, but goes to look for one. I find a set of 1/2" drive, deep well impact sockets out on the floor. Damn guys, know what you have in the store and do not tell me you do not have something unless you know you do not have it!

I was trying to get front brake parts ordered for my 2002 VW Jetta, there are tons of these on the road still. They didn't stock anything for it, so they would have to have been ordered. The computer showed 3 different size rotors for the car, but the top 2 where both 280mm diameter. It appeared to me that these were probably what they sell the most of, so I was wanting to order them. But he didn't want to order them in and have them be the wrong size. I went as far as giving him the vin # to look it up. Unfortunately that still said there was 3 options!!! He said I would have to take them off and measure them first. Ok , I understand wanting to be sure, but I was trying to plan ahead and have everything without tearing the car apart twice. Needless to say I left frustrated, went home tore it apart, measured the rotors, and not surprised they were the 280mm ones that I wanted to order. At one point he even said "this is getting to be a project "!!!! That is when I left. The store was not busy, there was another customer that was waiting, so I let him go and then continued trying to get the parts. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! I will not be returning here!!!!

This is almost always the case when I need parts for the '82. My first call has been C&M for years now though, because 9 times out of 10 they have what I need, no waiting for 3 days to get it!! The staff is super friendly and helpful, and their prices are fair. I can't say enough good things about them! Make them your first call before going to one of the big chains!!

Now second of all your service manager told me to take my 2021 Chevy that is still under warranty to a different Chevy dealer because I disrespected him. So I had to have my vehicle towed again to a different dealer at the tune of $278 the first time and $208 the second time. The gal at the entrance of the car was was very helpful and pleasant. No issues. When paying & going through the gate, before entering the car wash, I received an important phone call. I pulled over & temporarily parked behind two other parked cars. There were no other cars behind me. Suddenly, there is POUNDING on my windows, not knocking, and this dude with bad teeth is YELLING at me "this isn't a parking lot! Move it, I don't have all day!" Tried to explain I was taking an important call & would only be a minute. This was met with more yelling & cussing. Intimidation. Uncalled for and inappropriate behavior. I don't expect the most educated people to be working at a car wash, but this future felon needs an attitude adjustment and some feedback on customer service and courtesy if you want people to come back - especially with the new car wash being built less than 5 minutes away.
