I asked Mark to install 3 plugs on the back side of the engine, the hard ones to replace. He advised that would require and hour of service $138. I agreed and signed the agreement. I ended up with a bill including $126.00 diagnostic test. I was told, a new or rebuilt transmission would be appropriate. Do you think they checked the transmission fluid? No but they charged me $126.00 to read the code. I understand car Dealer Service Centers earn $1,000,0000 per year. I think Mark is right up there, ripping off people like me. If you are an honest operator, is there any hope for people driving older cars ?? Try checking the Transmission fluid level, it is not impossible even though it is a sealed system, it has a cap clearly visible and accessible. Gary K.

When I arrived, there was no Matthew there, and the owner, Mike, refused to honor the agreed-upon price. I was told that post was an old ad and it was my fault for not checking the date of the posting, even though Matthew was communicating with me via that same post. ?? Mike would not budge on the price, even though I had photos of the originally-advertised price and the time it was changed on fb. On top of that, they charged me a credit card service fee.
