I travel full time, coast to coast, north to south, east to west, on and off road, throughout the U.S. in a 2005 Pacifica. My car requires consistent maintenance due to the wear and tear of extreme use. I happened across Dream Auto five years ago when I was outfitting my vehicle for full time travel. They removed all but the driver's seat to accommodate the interior, camper-like build. They also performed a few engine repairs. There were some wiring repairs they couldn't make, but they correctly diagnosed the problem, which I had fixed at another shop. While visiting family in Connecticut I returned to Dream Auto to have my vehicle checked out for some whining noises it was making. I always get a second opinion when major repairs are required, which was the case this time. The Dream Auto mechanics correctly diagnosed drive shaft, sway bar, and shocks issues, which they repaired. I ordered the parts through Amazon, which saved me about a thousand dollars. Dream Auto doesn't do wheel alignments, which I needed after the drive shaft was installed. So I had that done at another shop. Following that, I heard another unfamiliar noise. I returned to Dream Auto where they diagnosed wheel bearing and axle damage, confirmed once again with a second opinion. I ordered the parts, which I had delivered to the shop, and Dream Auto performed the labor. Now my old car drives like she's just off the assembly line. I couldn't be more pleased with her performance. The owner/manager, Antonio, and his brother, a top notch mechanic, one of at least two others, provide a family-like atmosphere, excellent communication, and quality diagnostics and repairs. Whenever I'm in Connecticut, Dream Auto is where I go for the best of the best in car repairs.

I had to recently have some work done to my father-in-law's car and it took a little bit of time to get the first appointment in (just under 2 weeks) so that wasn't an issue. We had questions about replacing the coils, should we replace all 8, should we test and only replace the bad ones, could I buy the parts somewhere else if I found them cheaper. They answered every question and talked through the options with me. In the end, we did all the spark plugs and they tested the coils and replaced the single bad one they found. We made another appointment and brought the car back to have the passenger window repaired a few weeks later. We'll definitely continue to bring work here. Everything worked exactly as it was supposed to. They left the car clean and tidy, with no mess or ragged edges. The project involved taking the dashboard apart, which had many potential problems and points of failure. Bowen's did it right the first time, and charged a very reasonable price. Being a small family owned business, it's clear the owner cares about the quality of their work. The owner isn't somewhere hundreds of miles away - he's sitting on a stool in the service area right when you walk in. It's clear they're invested in their work, and committed to doing a good job. Even though I live over an hour away, I'll be bringing my car exclusively to Bowen's for all future service and work. It's worth the drive for a place that does reliable, quality, and reasonably priced work (which hasn't been my general experience with most other dealerships).

The Prime boys and their staff are nothing but professional, helpful, caring and proficient. My wife is a nurse at Danbury Hospital and relies on her vehicle to get her to work everyday. Whenever she has a concern, she'll call Danny and he fits her service in ASAP (or, STAT if you prefer) and checks the vehicle thoroughly. She's never missed a day because of Danny's management and Todd's expertise. I've bought more than one vehicle from Prime Sales and as long as they have something in stock when I'm looking this is where I'll go. They are not greedy. They care about their customers and treat us all fairly. Hey, I was just disappointed that at the beginning of the lockdown, I needed a truck and they didn't have one. So, I was forced to find one elsewhere. Unfortunately, I payed retail plus, plus...got a bad deal and worse financing (so please don't use Blasius North in Torrington). I learned my lesson.
