Excellent communication, beginning with their response to my initial request for information and throughout the whole project. The project manager and even the owner were available to respond to questions seven days a week. At the end of every day they provided a progress report along with what to expect the following day. They made regular visits to my house to inspect the work in progress. Even after completion of the project they stayed in touch to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. All the workers were courteous and professional. Each day they carefully cleaned the work and adjacent areas. At the end of the project a housecleaning service thoroughly cleaned and touched up. It amazes me how other companies and individuals didn't respond to my inquiries or ghosted me after promising to provide a quote. Importantly, ICO is local with brick and mortar offices in the metroplex. I would be leery of all those virtual companies who devote most of their resources to sales and marketing and then sub the work to random contractors.

See the photos, the top 3 line tiles are white, all the rest tiles are yellow! I went to the store where I purchased the tiles, and the manager said he could not do anything. I lost $1500 labor to redo the entire left-side wall, including removing the installed tiles, replacing the hardy barker board & red guard, and installing the tiles again. I also lost 8 pieces of the tiles (materials), $90.76 total. I would like Floor & Decor to contact me back for this loss, since it is completely their fault for giving me different color tiles!

He gave a 5 year warranty on his work and now he refuses to stand behind his work. He never added any qualifiers or rider statements to his contract that would exclude the painting from being covered. There are many things in his response that are incorrect but those reading his reply will sense the overall tone of his response. It is very much in keeping with the way he is willing to treat his customers if he has an issue with you. I did have him do our master shower. I decided to go with him BEFORE the paint started peeling. My daughter has some mobility issues so we were changing our shower to a curbless shower. Yes it would have been best to have had the whole master bath floor redone at the same time. We simply didn't have the money at the time. Yet he pressured and pressured to let him do it all....more money for him. I asked that the showerhead be at a specific height and when it was 6 inches lower, he got furious when I asked him to raise it. (He only had to move the shower head once.) Asked me, can't you make do with that? Then the shower head leaked water in the wall and they had to remove the sheetrock behind it to fix it...took them three times to fix the leak. The only people on either of these projects I dealt with were Barry and his project manager. I had no dealings with the tradesmen.
