Plus, they were super conscientious and careful to check working hours and noise rules so as not to bother the neighbors even though they were ready to start earlier in the day. The only reason I was able to get my project done quickly, when so many companies have a wait time these days, is that the business is new. Because of this, I think, there was one small aspect that neither of us had thought to include in the estimate. However the crew was so delightful to work with it didn't matter. They have tons of individual experience actually doing the work and their goal is to make the customer happy. They did that in (with) spades! After contacting him, I deeply regretted having done so for reasons as follows: first he told me he would drive by the property and see what was needed regarding a tiedown certification on a property currently in Escrow. I offered to of course pay him for the service and he said no he does the estimate for free. I said OK great then he later called me and told me he cannot make the appointment until that next day and was angry because the people had a dog and he could not just access the property randomly. I recommended he not try and access the property with the dog in the yard since it is a trained guard dog then he got mad and told me how stupid people are that have dogs like this. Next he texted me at 9:45 at night irate and telling me he does not work for free, and now does not know when he could make the appointment out there because he's just so busy! Then he recommended someone else who I already use anyways . I didn't need his recommendation and I would not go to someone he recommended in the first place (if I did not already have a working relationship with this other person) with his extreme violent outburst to me over the phone and via text message. I'd recommend people stay away from him. He is nice one minute and completely psycho the next. Plus he books an appointment and after you jump through hoops to confirm it he becomes a no-show. I was forced to block his number because he would not stop harassing me. My husband was not happy nor was I with this type of behavior especially from a so called professional in the field.

I needed a state housing inspection for an older mobile home that included a permit and fee, a check for natural gas leaks and electrical connections at the fuse box. Derek needed to find a leak, update connections at the fuse box and coordinate his visits with the state inspector on more than one occasion. He spent many hours at my home and on the phone coordinating the inspections. Then I needed another permit because the state took so long, they required I file again, so he filed for the second permit and even paid the $306 fee for me!!! Unbelievable. He never gave up on getting this project done for me. Derek was always a joy to be around - pleasant, professional, determined to solve the issues that kept arising while taking it all in stride. And for reasons unknown to me, he was also determined not to charge me one penny. That's right. He never charged me aything. I certainly don't expect him to do that very often, but he did it for me. Why, I don't know. Maybe he felt sorry for me because the state dragged me through this process for an exhausting 8 months. Undoubtedly he's an extraordinarily generous man. But if anyone else had showed up to do this work they would have charged us at least $1,000 based on the current rate plumbers are charging. Yelp doesn't allow me to give Wuest Construction and Plumbing ten stars, but if I could, I would.

I live in the pines, off a dirt road. I ordered a hot tub from Costco. The delivery company said they could leave it curbside. Period. At my house there are 16 narrow concrete steps leading to the back yard, then rocks and a dirt path and a little deck off the back bedroom where I wanted the hot tub to go. A horrible job. Getting something as lightweight as a patio chair up there is no cakewalk. Bobby's crew arrived a few minutes early. What?? Four of the nicest, most personable guys you'd ever want to meet. We waited around for word from the delivery company. Finally, I called them and was told that the truck couldn't make it up my street because of overhanging trees. The guys said, "No problem. We have a pickup!" The drove it down the the moving van, loaded the hot tub, brought it back to my house, and with no complaining or drama, managed to carry it up the stairs, unpack it, hoist it over the deck railing and position it. Bobby, the owner, is a great person. When I called him to see if he could do the job, I really thought he'd say no. He was all over it, worked the schedule around me, and was as good as his word. The price for the job was more than reasonable. Much more. I'd call him for any challenging job, yard or house. This is Prescott, after all. Finding people who show up when they say, who'll actually do the job in the time frame needed, are rare. We are lucky to have Tri-City Earthworks here. This review is completely unsolicited.

No work has been started and the company is unresponsive. Two employees have called us saying that he has taken all the customers money and ran. He is also withholding wages from his employees. Employees say he plans to bankrupt the company. Complaint has been filed with ROC and we are seeking out legal support. Sharing this so no other families become a victim to what he's doing.
