It is just the reality of the business in the summer months The other fact is that because they have so many loyal customers with long term relationships they will prioritize those folks over new customers. Same priority is given to year round residents vs rental vacation home owners.

His exact words were "it's Your problem now not mine" Also said it was my fault because I should be here once a week checking on my property. Refused to submit it to his insurance company, come to find out I am 90% sure after checking with State that he does not even have insurance currently. He was dropped for non payment back in September of 2025. Beware of this hack, I know he's been around for a long time, but that doesn't mean anything obviously.

I never hear back from Charlie, but his guy gives me a new bill for $450 and tells me Charlie took $100 off. Clearly this is a scam and I'm currently reporting to the BBB

Unreachable, Broken Promises, Subpar Work…read more I hired Pat from Grace Mechanical through my contractor last year for plumbing work. Despite having a clear scope and agreement, the contractor's delays meant that one item was left incomplete. We paid approximately $5k for the services rendered and agreed to complete the remaining item this summer. While most of the work was satisfactory, Pat failed to properly seal my sink drainage during a conversion from two drains to one. As a result, water and food shoot up from the drain when I use the garbage disposal. This year, I've reached out to Pat almost daily via call or text for over a month. He rarely answers the phone and occasionally responds with vague promises to call back, which he never fulfills. He contacted me once, stating he needed to check his calendar and would call back to schedule a time. That was weeks ago, and I haven't heard from him since. I've attached proof of the shoddy sink drain work and examples of the unprofessional communication I've experienced. As a paying client, this treatment is unacceptable and highly unprofessional.
