I agreed and told him to do the job as I was expecting to pay $165/hour The job was completed in 47 minutes and then I am presented a bill for $550 I called Charlie del Ross and asked why he is charging me $550 he told me he will get back to me. I never hear back from Charlie, but his guy gives me a new bill for $450 and tells me Charlie took $100 off. Clearly this is a scam and I'm currently reporting to the BBB
