Today a kid accidentally headbutt my mouth and cut my gums and actually rearranged my teeth and messed up my wires, brackets, and bite. I called my orthodontist, Dr. Robert Park and sent him pictures taken by the amazing dental hygienist Kimberly Snyder (who also helped) and within 15 minutes he called me back and said I need to come in for an emergency appointment...ON HIS DAY OFF! I came in and he physically moved my teeth back into place and fixed my braces. I offered him money and he wouldn't take it. Long story short I'm extremely thankful for his attentiveness to helping me. I'm fine now, just thankful because I couldn't even bite into a piece of cake.

My daughter was seen on Tuesday, July 13th and the hygienist was snappy and rude, she refused to listen to my daughter concern about how the removal of her wisdom teeth may have caused a gap to return between her two front teeth. My daughter attended her appointment for the first time without an older adult because she is 18 but when she return home after her appointment she was so upset because the hygienist was so rude and her tone was so harsh when she spoke to her. My daughter said that the orthodontist, Dr. Jessie was there and her attitude was no better and my daughter said she noticed that Dr. Jessie had positive energy when treating other patients but when she arrived at her station had demeanor and body language changed and she was less friendly. Since we started my daughter's braces treatment at Perry Hall location it has been one issue after another. There were many times when the staff and the hygienist were not friendly. I've tried to move her treatment to one of their other offices, and they made it so challenging that it didn't happen so she finished her treatment at the Perry Hall location. This journey was not pleasant for my daughter or myself. I would not recommend anyone to use the Perry Hall location.

I always brace myself for the initial needle stick and deep burning that follows from the Novocaine... However to my surprise Dr. Kuzmack pulls out a device that he uses in conjunction with the needles that massages your gums during injection which helped to alleviate any pain! Since the development of new advances in cosmetic dentistry I researched the named experts in this field. I decided upon Dr. Haywood since he had an excellent reputation and years of experience.
