Lovely environment, employees were more than helpful, the wine was a delight no wonder they won the Bronze Medal first year trying.

Alloro has beautiful views whether you sit inside or outdoors, the beautiful full of pollinators, just added to the beauty. It was such a treat and they have events going on to enhance the experience like enjoying chestnuts grown on their property in the winter. This is a must try and the employees are amazing. We had the privilege to interact with Michael, Ryan, and other team members. Everyone was friendly and fun.

The bread was a little salty for my taste but it's very good. Our server was very very nice and I enjoyed his service. However there was another worker there that I found to be a bit rude. We had already gotten checked in by our server and had asked to sit at the table with the better view and he had already set it up and was just get it g water when another server interrupted us had asked us our name/ info, and claimed we had no reservation (which we did and we even showed her to email to prove it) and we tried to explain to her that we had already been helped and checked in but she was talking over us and ignoring us and saying what we wanted wasn't available even though we already had it. Overall not sure what that was about bc the entire time we stayed there till closing there were open tables

The owner, Diane, is an inspiration; she not only farms and maintains her entire vineyard, but she is also the wine maker and proprietor of the entire establishment! She is 100% responsible for all aspects of her operation, from vine to bottle, and everything in between! Talk about sustainability and quality control! All of her hard work shows in each bottle of her wine selection! Diane, personally, walks you through the wine tasting, pouring, serving, and answers questions about each vintage! The views of the vineyard, as your sipping wines, and enjoying fresh, local charcuterie, were truly magical! I highly suggest this venue, for anyone looking for an out-of-the-ordinary EXTRAORDINARY wine tasting experience!

Diane is a wonderful host and she has a passion for wine making. The wine tasting was small, intimate, and special. I loved that she surprised us with some snacks and food she made. Diane gave us information about how the wine was made and specific notes of the wine and just overall did a great job. She's extremely friendly and reminds me of my family. I want more people to come experience what I did at Nemarniki Vineyard. My experience nothing short of incredible and I cannot wait to potentially come back in the future. The views from the house were stunning, and the atmosphere she created was beautiful. The wine tasting was $40/pp and you can book it through the phone. I was first skeptical when booking since there were only 2 reviews on Yelp but I'm glad I took a chance on this place. The wines were fantastic and I would highly suggest coming here versus other wineries/vineyards.

We visited during a Wine Share month, a great way to discover new wineries without any risk. The Garden Cottage tasting room on the lower level of the property was not open in February so we enjoyed our tasting in the home. literally. We sat in the living room on couches around a coffee table while the adjacent dining room was being utilized by a party of 8. it was a great vibe, warm and inviting. Our host explained they use regenerative farming and winemaking processes. Their wines are aged in clay amphora casks, something we had never heard of, which imparts unique, earthy characteristics. Since the clay allows for a slow oxidation, the wine has softer flavors without the oak derived butter, vanilla and spice flavors. It's a middle ground between the oxidation of oak bottles and the more sterile stainless steal. We enjoyed the education and the wines! Would love to come back in the spring or summer for the full Garden Cottage experience. Since this is a small, family owned winery, tastings are by appointment only. Their website has the link.

Dear greatest Hamacher, what a wonderful & delightful time I had at your facility lol!…read more I visited this winery over a month ago and I've still managed to talk about it at least 2X a week since. This was my first time at a vineyard and what a FANTASTIC time it was. The sommelier there was beyond amazing (I didn't catch his name silly me), the customer service was top tier and the property is beautiful! The sommelier was extremely attentive, exceedingly knowledgeable, eager to teach and I haven't been so pleased with a service before in my entire life. They allowed us to lounge around in between our wine tasting to walk the property, take pictures (both indoors and outdoors), even introduced me to some new snacks I hadn't tried (miso/caramel rice crispy I am indeed thinking of you) Man, where do I even begin. We decided to end our Oregon trip with this winery, that we actually found the previous day. We took an uber which was fairly cheap from downtown Portland and although the trek into the property was a bit sketchy, where else was I expecting a vineyard to be located lol. Upon arrival we were greeted and chose our seats. There were two types of wine tastings on the menu. One was of their seasonal wines and the other was one they would curate towards your liking in terms of what your enjoyed, we're looking to try, or what you were open to. And would you guess? We did BOTH options haha During this wine tasting, I have found my FAVORITE wine this far, which was actually ironic because they released the wine for the first time JUST the day prior, talk about perfect timing ehh. I have been pushing off ordering the wine, but will soon! The one I fell in love with is the Pinot Blanc by LERZI- it's a young wine, but the flavor is bold, fresh and sweet. It was honestly amazing and is the only wine I could care to even have in my collection lol The sommelier- what an awesome guy with amazing social skills! Took the time to explain wine history to us, explained the concept behind each wine we tried (that's 9 different wines we tried in total people), even how certain wines came about, how each were made and the history of certain wine regions and how the grapes there are produced. There was a reservation for the "vault" I'll call it, but it's just a separate tasting room. He told me there was a group coming and still let me go and run to take some pictures before they arrived. Which was perfect, because it is absolutely stunning! (I am not sure how many pictures I will be uploading for this place, but know that it is many haha). You know how first experiences mean a lot and are just a well held memory? I had such a wonderful time at this vineyard I am not sure how others will compare. Every single aspect tasted, experienced and saw here was absolutely amazing. Although we spent time here before heading to the airport, this experience def made the trip. Mostly, how welcoming everyone was! That is always something that sticks to ya! We visited mid-afternoon on a Monday and though there were people in and out, we felt like we had the place to ourselves lol! It was cozy, peaceful and quiet, even when others were there. It was very comfortable and felt like I could literally stay there all day. Being able to walk around the property while drinking wine, going to get your other glass and continue taking pictures was great. There was this essence of trust for us to be able to walk around and explore. That felt lighthearted and ofc added to the experience as well I look forward to visiting this winery again and it def made Oregon a place for me that I would love to double back on. I'll stop here, this review was long enough. I enjoyed myself thoroughly- and that surprised me the most.
