Then he went on to say if I didn't get braces my entire month was in jeopardy and he referred me to someone next door to him. I didn't go to that person, instead, I went to another braces specialist and was told to go to another dentist for a second opinion. I am very glad I did. The second dentist spotted rot under an old crown right away fixed it immediately and told me I didn't need braces. I'm uncertain what is going on with Dr. Wong but I won't be back. BTW the second dentist fixed the tooth that crumbled and didn't think it odd at all.

ALL OF THE CROWNS WERE NOT POLISHED PROPERLY-THEY ARE ROUGH AND NOW FOOD STICKS TO EVERY TOOTH. Again-this was done to save them money/time. I started telling her how that comes across, and she immediately interrupted, and refused to listen. When I continued to attempt to communicate she hung up. I called back, and she again refused to listen or put anyone else on the phone, then hung up again. I called back and she started hanging up the calls immediately. Personally, I hate dentists and doctors that love to pad the bill with tests that are not needed. Beyond that, I never got my teeth cleaned. They gave me a tour which consisted of two rooms and the bathroom. LOL. They proudly​ pointed out​ the Certificates of the Dentists... one of these days I should frame my Degrees. So...meh. I'm glad they at least went to college. I got the newly minted Dentist from Harvard who must have just graduated. Let's not forget SOME of the doctors we see are in the BOTTOM half of the class. I'm sure she had a difficult time with not hurting the patient. Maybe she only practiced on manikin heads. Having had enough of the mirror being jammed in my gums I said ENOUGH and left. Oh, and I also left their free gift...as if I needed another water bottle. They do offer to rub your feet and give you a cozy wrap... only partly kidding.
