When I mentioned the bill she again responded with attitude saying they had not billed us. I responded that I was referring to the insurance claim. She stated they always charge up front. I started telling her how that comes across, and she immediately interrupted, and refused to listen. When I continued to attempt to communicate she hung up. I called back, and she again refused to listen or put anyone else on the phone, then hung up again. I called back and she started hanging up the calls immediately. We've been to out-of-network providers before, they never charge us up front because they have no idea what the actual charge will be. Schedule at your own risk...

Over $4,000.00 in the U. S. For one implant. Two will be $1,500.00 there. May be a little more because I'll need to get a bone graft on one of them. I had a tooth pulled in U.S. and it cost over $1,000 with the bone graft but with insurance. I will add another review in November after the metal implant is in.

When I called I asked if they needed my records from my other dentist, they said no...just come in. But when I got there, they wanted tons of x-rays which were not needed. Personally, I hate dentists and doctors that love to pad the bill with tests that are not needed. Beyond that, I never got my teeth cleaned. They gave me a tour which consisted of two rooms and the bathroom. LOL. They proudly​ pointed out​ the Certificates of the Dentists... one of these days I should frame my Degrees. So...meh. I'm glad they at least went to college. I got the newly minted Dentist from Harvard who must have just graduated. Let's not forget SOME of the doctors we see are in the BOTTOM half of the class. I'm sure she had a difficult time with not hurting the patient. Maybe she only practiced on manikin heads. Having had enough of the mirror being jammed in my gums I said ENOUGH and left. Oh, and I also left their free gift...as if I needed another water bottle. They do offer to rub your feet and give you a cozy wrap... only partly kidding.
