It's the first time I've walked in and multiple residents are having problems scanning in or the woman working the front desk "can't find" multiple accounts. Longest line I've seen yet. I haven't had problems scanning in until today and my ID has been scanned each time by other employees (who were courteous and pleasant). Gabrielle lectured me on creating an account, then gave very confusing and contradictory directions on how to unlock the account. I finally left, sat in the car, and figured it out myself. I went back in and she just wanted to see confirmation and didn't even scan me. She was condescending, rude, and lacked basic customer service skills. Do what you can to avoid Gabrielle! She clearly doesn't know how to do her job and likes to create drama for residents. What a waste of everyone's time!

The water is the cleanest and nicest I've ever had in a pool - they use a moss system as part of the filtration and to my feel there are fewer chemicals and a much nicer water feel. Except for my pet peeves - expensive parking, the fairly frequent closings for meets, and the very annoying "oops sorry the natatorium is closed today because a few people called out" it would be 5++++ stars. The combination of these really stinks - pay $6.75 for parking only to find the pool is closed. The gym is amazing with dozens of complete weight setups of all types, I can't really imagine a better equipped gym. Basketball, badminton, and lots of other things go on there that I don't know about. I mostly do strength-training and then laps in the pool. The locker rooms are excellent - clean and well equipped. I hope you guys reconsider to give online students access to the facilities. You guys are preventing students from getting the exercise they need. :(

The next lifeguard opened it up for a bit when we asked for it but also said they are understaffed and technically need more lifeguards on duty to have it open. The water is chilly at first but it's warm inside so you adjust (nothing like Rumsey lol). There was an underwater spin class happening too - so cool! There's also free life jackets, kick boards, and noodles! There's a gradual entrance - perfect for toddlers (the splash features were off though). I love the huge windows letting the sunlight in. We will definitely be back! Would be 5 stars if they get it fully staffed so everyone can enjoy the slide!

The exercise equipment works well and the gym is generally not crowded in the morning. Sorry the hours changed from opening at 7AM to 9AM but the new schedule works for me. Customer for years... What has happened?…read more The customer service at Living Well Health Club is abysmal. Even simple questions, like whether they have towels, are met with a dismissive "I wasn't here yesterday." The front desk staff is either absent or completely unhelpful. The management lacks basic training in simple tasks like updating my credit card. I've spoken to management more than once in the past 90+ days. I was given their email to help with communication. Not surprisingly, the disappointing customer service begins at the top. Two weeks later, I still haven't received a response. Lifeguards appear inconsistent in enforcing rules. Some are so diligent that they engage in heated arguments with guests when their children splash or require an infant flotation device, while others are too preoccupied with sunbathing and playing on their phones to care.
