    I took my truck in for scheduled service and have a third party warranty. It was easy to schedule…read morethe appt and had an uneventful drop off. I knew it might take a while due to them needing to contact and get approval from my third party warranty and was happy they even accepted it as many repair facilities will not. The problem is the communication. I waited all day only to find out that they closed at 5:00 and no one called me to give me an update or to let me know that my car would need to be there another day. Fortunately I didn't have anywhere to be the next morning so figured I'd just call first thing to see what was going on. I did that and reached Alexia who helped me at drop off. She explained that they were not able to get through to my third party warranty company to get the authorization the day before to complete the work but that she would be calling right at 9:00 when they opened to get things rolling. Again, I never heard back so at about noon I called and was told by Alexia that they had authorized the work and would get started. I said that I absolutely needed my vehicle by close of business because of the holiday weekend and needing to prep for travel next week. I never heard back by 4:30 so called. No answer. Went to voicemail so I got a ride and went to the dealership. Alexia was very helpful explaining what needed to be finished and that she would come get me when she had the paperwork to check me out. Well an hr later and almost 36 hrs after I dropped off the vehicle, it he work was done, the third party warranty covered it and I was on my way. The communication and updates were terrible, non existent and I had to keep calling to get any info. That said, Alexia is phenomenal! She kept me informed and worked hard to get the job done. She was clearly busy and needed some help but kind and helpful. Wanted to make sure she gets recognized. Thank you, Alexia!

    Hidden fees and insults…read more After almost a week of back and forth regarding a used car on their lot, my wife and I decided to make the 45 minute drive (with our toddler) to see the car in person and take it for a test drive. We arrived and were greeted by multiple associates- more than polite and appearing professional. We walked around the car and noticed a few imperfections, but nothing that was a dealbreaker. I took the car to a test drive it was as anticipated. We were off to discuss financials and their "presentation." I have a trade in, I've owned over 40 cars so I am not new to this game. I had told Jordan (the sales person), that if they couldn't meet my numbers it wouldn't work even before we test drove the car. Surprise! There's a $3k "service fee" added on- not disclosed or discussed anywhere on their website or through texts/messages with associates. They were also really lowballing me with what they were willing to offer me for my trade in. Jordan went back at least 3x to try to make the numbers work- in the end, it was Mark's pretentious comment of "well I can see if I can get you xxx for your car, even though I don't think it's worth it" that made me realize that these folks are not only dishonest and shady but also rude and insulting. If you do decide to purchase a car here, bring some mints for their commission breath.
