Hidden fees and insults…read more After almost a week of back and forth regarding a used car on their lot, my wife and I decided to make the 45 minute drive (with our toddler) to see the car in person and take it for a test drive. We arrived and were greeted by multiple associates- more than polite and appearing professional. We walked around the car and noticed a few imperfections, but nothing that was a dealbreaker. I took the car to a test drive it was as anticipated. We were off to discuss financials and their "presentation." I have a trade in, I've owned over 40 cars so I am not new to this game. I had told Jordan (the sales person), that if they couldn't meet my numbers it wouldn't work even before we test drove the car. Surprise! There's a $3k "service fee" added on- not disclosed or discussed anywhere on their website or through texts/messages with associates. They were also really lowballing me with what they were willing to offer me for my trade in. Jordan went back at least 3x to try to make the numbers work- in the end, it was Mark's pretentious comment of "well I can see if I can get you xxx for your car, even though I don't think it's worth it" that made me realize that these folks are not only dishonest and shady but also rude and insulting. If you do decide to purchase a car here, bring some mints for their commission breath.

He asked me what we were doing in the parking lot and told him we have to start somewhere to find out about down payments what kind of a car we were looking for and all the questions that I needed answered. The bottom line, there was no stupidity where they asked for my keys , drove off with my car, stood there for the full day, and all that horrifying stuff that we dealt with in the past . I tried a couple I found the car that I liked drove around did what we had to do ; and NO, bologna , as I said ! We picked up the car yesterday with a full tank of gas, nice clean and shiny, and my monthly payments are very reasonable after some of the horror stories that I've heard of what people pay monthly nowadays!
