He knows his stuff, and it's clear that he absolutely loves cars...there are a dozen vintage models in his shop undergoing repair or restoration at any given time. I once saw someone bring in a model with a rare 1940's automatic clutch and I have never seen a mechanic so happy about anything. This place is centrally located close to downtown Rockmart. The owner and employees are all friendly and competent and the prices are extremely realistic. Since they did my tire balance on my big truck tires so well I decided to go back for some other work on my other cars, and they've been great. I will come back to these guys for any work I feel like getting done, when I don't feel like doing it myself. They have a complete service department for just about all your needs. He stated that if he didn't have to change out the radiator the price would remain the same. He was supposed to fix the radiator and A/C. He came out the next day with his brother and the brother wife, they were nice people but he didn't honor his word and DID NOT have to replace any parts or remove any parts and didn't fix the a/c. He ONLY tightened the hose on my car and my friend told him it was still leaking!!! He assured me that he would come back the next day and fix the a/c. He charged me $200 just to tighten some hose... he didn't have to replace the radiator, he didn't add any fluids, he took out a part and put it right back!!! when I kept texting and calling he said he's coming the next day. The next day I called and asked if he wasn't gonna finish the a/c can he send $50 back. He ignored the messages.. kept texting he basically replied and said the payment couldn't cover the a/c!! Like what?! I paid you $200 to do absolutely nothing and car start back running HOT.

I found it odd that Tires Plus broke off 2 lug nuts claiming cross thread when the night before a police officer changed her tire on the side of the road with a standard tire iron. The shop told me they had been cross threaded prior to them. The story continued at your shop with more damage to her car. I am an ASE, GM certified tech of 50 years or better. I along with another tech do the repairs to her car. Nine months prior to your examination myself and my brother replaced the door hinge bushings that you claimed were bad. I had 5 months ago done a tune up, the other tech, Jody just had completed the front brakes, you had to have seen the new pads and rotors. Before I go I have question, why did you and the other shop NOT bill her for any work completed including all parts and the new tires?? I'm confused! Good bye sir...
