Well when i actually waited for them to work on my car, one of the two led kits didn't work, so, I had to leave and get another kit from AutoZone ($100).. The Korean guy didn't wanna finish the job, and told me to reschedule for another week. I was like - "you had time to work on installing the lights earlier, now I have to wait another week, and it's an hour job?" I felt like he was pushing me away, because the job wasn't a lot of money. Then called me back probably after feeling guilty and told me to be there in 30 mins. When I returned, the guy that was ACTUALLY working on the car said he'd charge me $150 instead, and I still didn't have a problem with that. Once again, I waited in the lobby until the job was done. The Korean guy was walking out with some staff members / guests, and it felt like he was tryna be funny when he asked me - "Why are you still here? Are you waiting on your car (In front of them)." In my mind I was thinking - why else would I be here? Im a black business owner, investing in your service, what other reason would I be here (as i waited playing a game on my phone)? Later the Korean guy came back, and was like - "alright they're done, but ima have to charge you another half hour for $185," I was like - Oh that guy who worked on the car said it was gonna be $150. He then went into some explanation about 'the part' (the led kit) not being theirs, so he has to charge me more (didn't make sense at all). I knew i was getting scammed out of money. So, when i proceeded to pay for the work, he said - alright it's gonna be $217.39 (just to install some lights), I was like, "I thought you said it was gonna be..." (At this point I knew I wasn't coming back, if he was gonna do a black ppl like the way he did me, I would have never come by).

I was greeted by friendly people and when I told them that I suspected that I had bad deferential and possibly rear wheel bearings, the response was, we have to check it out for ourselves to determine what actually may be wrong. My first thought was here we go again, $99.99 to just look at it. However, I was pleasantly surprised when he said and there is no cost for an inspection. I took my car to them at the appointed time and yes, I was correct the deferential was bad and the wheel bearings were going bad. They did the repair for the quoted price and the car runs like the day I bought it. I was so pleased with them that I have since taken it back to them for "Transmission Fluid" change and "Coolant Flush". They were very competitive on price and again did a great job. No Kidding. They gave us a price quote and we scheduled the appointment. SO, guess what, no bulb needed, existing bulb just loose! They only charged us for the labor. Even the well known Auto Cool in Smyrna could not fix it, Mac at Crawford was able to. Auto Cool's repair lasted about a year and failed to work. We brought the car back, and this time it stopped working a week later. When we went back again we were told there is nothing they could do because of the age of the car. The ENTIRE SHOP STILL STUCK IN THE 1960s (RACIST) If I could give this business no stars, I would…read more I went to the tire shop that was closes to me due to my tire being shedded and needing to be replaced asap. Went to this shop, the guy at the counter told me that he didn't know if he had a tire for my truck, he told me to drive my car around the back of the shop and they will assist me with getting a tire. When I drove around the back, there was no attendant there to assist, so I walked up to ask for help. As i asked for help the two white men continued to ignore me. I spoke up thinking maybe it was my low tone. The white guy (mechanic)asked what I needed standing 50ft away from me, I asked if he could come to me because I didn't want to scream across the room, while asking him something due to the noise in the shop. He proceeds to walk towards me as if he was coming to help then turns around and says I'm busy and walks away, ignoring me. The other employees looked at me and laughed, as if they really thought he did something. I walked to the front to advise the guy that initially told me to go to back of what happened, and he says "well it's time for lunch". I immediately left the shop with my tires shredded in pieces, and took my service down the street to Salgado tires, where they handled me with respect, care, took care of my tire In a timely manner!! I will never go back and do not recommend anyone to go to this shithole of a place. They have cars sitting outside that haven't been worked on in years. DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!
