I found Barry's catering online and met up with them to cater my wedding. Kris the owner was very polite and informed me of everything and let me taste all the food we wanted and it was great. so I booked them. However, between the time i booked them and two months before the wedding I lost me job do to the business closing and My fiance (now husband) lost his job do to down sizing and found another, but we ended up taking a huge pay cut. so I went back to the caterer to inform her the menu we chose was too expensive and we had to change it. she was seemed to be reluctant to change it . we decided on a taco bar. I had asked her to price the menu with specific items and she did. wedding day she shows up, sets up, and when I tried to find her, one of her staff had informed me that she was no longer there. I was upset bc I hired Kris and her catering company NOT three people that Kris though could do the job. I was informed by notorious wedding guests that her staff was rude and very short with them. she did not give me everything that I paid for. I have asked her via email about this issue and she is choosing to ignoring me and not returning my e-mails. the hamburger that was presented there tasted like dehydrated meat. it was so bad. A huge disappointment from when we first tasted their food. I honestly wished that I had listened to my friends and never hired a caterer, especially not Barry's and went with Qudoba at least then I know that I would have got food and at a fair price. I hope that they either learn from their screw ups or someone reads this and turns the other way. read more

I have been a customer of Barry's before the store front closed and every time I enjoyed it tremendously. The staff remembered my face and offered me products I had already ordered before making me feel that "extra special" guest by doing so! Since then I have attended events to which they catered to that looked and tasted to myself and VERY MANY OTHERS what was expected and beyond what was paid for. I myself had Chris cater an unfortunate funeral and not only did they provide great quality of food but also went beyond to make sure there was no hassle for a clean up after. We just had out wedding catered by Barry's and we couldn't have asked for a better catering company to do it. The food was AMAZING and the staff was fabulous! When we were walking around talking to our guest they kept telling me how great the food was and people even got Barry's cards so they could use them for their parties. We had left overs which my husband has been eating for the last few days. He LOVED the pulled pork that we served. Everything was so flavorful and delicious. Barry's Catering has great tasting food and friendly helpful staff. I've had the grilled egg salad sandwich at the cafe, it was best I've ever had!! Also tried the barbecue pork which was a hit with everyone!!! I highly recommend them for catering, their food is as good as it gets :) read more
