Chipper Lowell, the magician was super energetic, funny and impressive in his magic tricks as well as showmanship. The theater is a small cozy place where every seat feels like front seat. The show was super interactive and he involved and genuinely engaged with nearly everyone in the audience. The jokes were funny but yet very clean and family friendly. We all had a good time and would highly recommend. The location of the theater is super convenient in the Heavenly shoppes location and you could park in the parking lot across the street for 2 hours. We didn't purchase any food at the theater since we just had a late lunch. No outside food is allowed.

I initially purchased tickets for our group through Groupon over a month in advance, only to learn after purchasing that the venue had a policy not stated on Groupon which required in-person Groupon Voucher redemption. Since they told me they also couldn't reserve seats over the phone to guarantee our preferred seating together, the venue offered to initiate a Groupon refund so I could book direct. We both assumed that the Groupon refund would be straightforward, but after a few weeks went by with no refund, I reached out to Groupon support directly to which they seemed to have no knowledge of the approved refund. It then took several more weeks and a long thread of back-and fourth emails with Groupon's support to reach a resolution. Although the Loft management was empathetic and supportive to the situation, I did most of the heavy lifting and spent so much of my time driving the follow-up with Groupon. Ultimately, Groupon only offered a partial refund, but the Loft management stepped in and honored my initial request and the box office staff seamlessly sorted everything out for us on the night of the show. Although in the end it was resolved, all of the difficulty and loss of my time spent securing the tickets could have been easily avoided if the Groupon policies had been clear (which management acknowledged they will update moving forward), or if the box office could have just reserved the seats for our party in advance. Overall, despite the difficulty getting the tickets secured, the staff at The Loft proved they truly care about their guests and turned the experience around. Every single staff member we interacted with throughout the night was accommodating, professional, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. As for the venue itself, it has a really modern, upscale, and well-decorated aesthetic that sets a great mood the moment you walk in. The show, including the magician Robert Hall and his assistant were highly engaging and entertaining which ultimately made the whole night worth it. Our group had a bachelorette who had the best time and she even participated in in the show which had some crowd interactive moments so that was really fun for her.

We love to play pool, so we found out that the dick has free pool all day Wednesday. Boioioiioing! Gotta love the local crowd, but more than that, the cozy atmosphere and great tunes. I seriously only wrote this review after telling my gf that I want to move to tahoe because of the cheap drinks, free pool, and great music that's reflective of my own playlists. Dude...

The bartender was regular to us at the beginning but then started giving us a weird look . I thought maybe because I look young , idk. She asked what we want , we ask for a tequila shot but we didn't know which one ( all the bottles behind her looked empty ) she said what kind and laughs and I asked her , maybe a dumb question. Can you make us a mix drink , something you recommend. She said figure out what y'all want and come again. I was already feeling kind of tipsy so I just decided to go to a liquor store and call it a night . She messed up for-sure , I was ready to tip her , good cash . I would've been down to get the most expensive drink . I'm Mexican , hopefully that wasn't her problem. Don't go here if you are Young, Mexican , or if you want to be recommended to some drinks .

After a 4+ hour drive..we walked into his parent's house and his dad immediately asked if we were hungry. Without hesitation..he suggested heading to Rojo's. It was such a funny coincidence..my boyfriend had already told me about it on the drive up..saying we should get it once we unpack at his parent's. Rojo's is literally less than five minutes from his parents' house. The night we went..it was absolutely packed because the USA was playing in the FIFA World Cup. Both my boyfriend and his dad said it's usually much quieter..so we definitely got the full lively atmosphere! We were seated at a table in the back..and Manny was running the entire bar while also taking table orders. He handled everything smoothly and with a great attitude..we were more than happy to wait. My boyfriend and I split the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken..and I was blown away. I never expect bar Alfredo to be that good..but it was genuinely excellent..creamy..flavorful..and paired with perfectly cooked chicken. My boyfriend always orders it when he comes here..and now I understand why. His dad got a delicious pasta dish with scallops (I wish I'd caught the name!) and every bite at our table was a hit. Rojo's is the perfect mix of casual neighborhood bar vibes and surprisingly elevated food. Highly recommend stopping in if you're in the area!
