So yup, you read that right... if you got summoned for jury duty for this location AND you live in the San Leandro, Lorenzo, Castro Valley, Plesanton, Hayward, Union City and or Fremont Area....ride Bart to this station and walk to the superior courts. Also, on the weekends when they don't have connecting flights that go straight to SF so I've used this station as a transfer point. This station is well lit at night too.

I thought I had to park outside of this station, I almost parked at the city garage and feared it would close at certain time. The website to catch the train is essential. I went to https://www.bart.gov/schedules/eta/HAYW to get precise details about the boarding times. Me and my friend took BART to Embarcadero to see the ships at the piers. Being a frugal traveler, using public transportation is a must. So glad that BART can help me to achieve my goals.

Cause it's downtown and a transit center expect to see homeless hanging around. 6. It's about a 10 minute walk away from the Santa Cruz wharf and the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. 7. There is a spot on the front street side of the Santa Cruz Metro Station where you can find a taxi if needed. 8. The little food shop in the metro station has a ATM if you need to withdraw cash and there also is a BankOfAmerica atm down the street on pacific ave and also if you walk down the street there are bank branches for Bank of America, CoAmerica Bank, and Bank of the West.

Never been on these before - you get out the normal electric Bart train and conveniently transfer across the platform - just a few steps. The trains are gigantic compared to the old trains from the 60s. There are luggage racks way up high and I think the engines might be in the middle of the cars under. Where I'm guessing the engines are you need to go up and down stairs if you want to move from one train to another. Very unusual train. I'm now curious how this came about - the design. Never been on the OAK airport one - but I think that is electrically cable driven.

A stop at the top of Nob Hill is just a block away from where I'm staying, and so we bought a day pass ($15) because we figured we'd be able to ride the rails at least twice. here were a lot of people waiting to ride, and several cars passed us by because they were too full, so we ended up crossing the street and taking a different and less crowded line which didn't take us exactly where we wanted to go, but we were able to connect to the F line and get to our destination. We were able to pick up a car on this line at Union Square and it toted us up the hill to California Street. It was a short & bumpy, but fun ride. So I'll leave a review for the other line as well.
