This place was the bomb. Multiple Pilipino comfort Food. Sisig, , lechon kawali , pancit Sinigang na hipon, dinuguan and so much more. The food is seasoned just right. The food was amazing and delightfully prepared and presented. The place is clean and the restroom is sport. The cashier Matt is very courteous and friendly. The place has a Fiesta Vibe. Lots of food and generously offered. .

Looks like a good morning to me!

Station Agent upgrade alert! The last agent was great to be sure but Eric is BACK! Now, for those of you who don't know Eric he's the best at what he does. Many other do what Eric does but none have ever risen to the level of human being that Ron has! I will now leave the house a minute or two early, just for 60 seconds of Eric! Try him out! Give him a look in the eye! Going a bit deep here but that's how I roll. The world is full of good people and people and also people with challenges. People like Eric give me confidence that we can work with what we have. BART presents surprise encounters with different challenges and people each day. Every day, every ride. Station agents do NOT have it easy so I encourage you to at least give a thumbs up on the way to or from the platform. If they aren't having challenges at the moment, they're soon to come. Thanks Eric, for being and island of sanity for us. Thanks to all of the station agents!

If you arrive after 5pm you will not be able to access your car. This is NOT Bart parking.

I don't know where to put this piece of advice. As a word of caution, if you pay for parking on the Bart app, do not park in the underground lot at 1400 San Leandro Blvd that is labeled "BART PARKING around the corner" and has the official BART logo etched into the glass doors. It is a scam. That is a privately owned garage. I parked my car there mistaking it for long term parking. The garage was open and I drove in. When I returned from my trip, I was unable to get my car out and I had 3 hefty parking tickets. I had to talk to the apartment manager who let me into the lot but I was still unable to get my car out for 1.5 hours. The parking company was refusing to let me out unless I paid the tickets and the only reason I got out was because the sympathetic apartment manager asked them to let me out because I had my 6 year old and my luggage from the airport with me.

Date: 7/8/2017 Time: 4:45 PM 77° Sunny I have been to this station a few times in the past, as in pre-Yelp days. The station is okay. It is either the same or slightly better than other BART Stations throughout the BART system. My husband and I decided to catch the BART train at this station on our way to the county fair in Pleasanton. We chose to use public transportation to the fair this year instead of facing the difficulty of traffic congestion, parking at the fairgrounds and the price to park the car ($15 or more). There's plenty of parking in the rear at this station. The front of the station leads to San Leandro Blvd. Compared to some of the stations in Oakland and San Francisco, it is cleaner and does not have the pissy aroma that I have come across. I can't say too much as to what it's like in the evening. I only been out at this station once in the evening. All I saw were lines of taxi cabs waiting to transport people to their destination. The good thing is at least the escalators are working to get my husband and me up and down from the train platform.

Just needed to make a quick stop to see if I had enough funds on my clipper card. They're doing a lot of construction around the Bart station. It's been going on for awhile now but it looks nice.

It's BART, trains are usually on time and lots of room to spread out in case you don't want to be near people.

Ask the Community - BART - San Leandro Station

M-F, what time is the parking lot filled up?

    8am

Hello, I have questions about parking. I noticed parking fee is required from 4am to 3pm and it's valid for 24 hours. The question is, what if we park after 3pm and return around 8 am, do I need to pay?

    Yes

The BART red line train from SFO to Powell did not have a next station sign or announcement to tell us which station the train is approaching! Info is particularly important for the SFO line, because people arriving at an airport may not be familiar with the layout of the city. Some other trains had a good announcement and displays. 2 Some routes were seriously noisy: in the tunnel approaching Embarcadero from the north, it briefly reached 100 decibels (dBA) and was usually about 92-93 dBA. 3 Several times, we loaded just enough money onto the Clipper card according to the posted fares and then could not exit because we owed an extra 25c! So, the posted fares may have been 25c too low. This must be a recurring issue, as shown because the employee often came up and paid 25c to let us exit.

If you are taking taking the ferry/bart from the city, spending a day near Lake Merritt, Old Oakland, City Center, Chinatown or Jack London Square, this free service allows you to roam up and down downtown length of Broadway fairly easily. There are a dozen or so stops-pretty much located by anything you'd want to go to. There are some flaws. The scheduled time of one bus every 15 minutes doesn't always happen. Most times you are looking at a 20-30 minute wait. It can be super packed, especially the stretch that runs by Chinatown, so it's highly likely you'll be standing or at least sharing a not very comfortable seat most of the way. Some of the drivers are super professional others not so much. Mostly however it's pretty awesome. For one it's free and allows you to easily roam all over downtown Oakland. This makes it easy to bounce down to Chinatown or swans market form the office buildings near lake merrit for lunch or dinner, or a spot of shopping. Handy for getting to jack london square or the amtrak station as well. Perfect for happy hour bar hops. Did I mention the free part? 'Cause that's the best thing evah.

Well sometimes they offer special ferries for the Giants or Warriors games in SF. Atmosphere - Beautiful. I hike/bike here at times as well. Plenty of parking, 250 spaces, no overnight parking allowed. 20 bike racks available, the ferry is bike friendly as well. 24 bike lockers available. AC Transit = 21 line. Public restrooms, don't expect much. Service - 5 stars. My favorite form of travel, especially with the continued discounted price. It has gone back up slightly, but still very affordable. Thank you. Approximately 20 minutes to get to SF. Also, since I have lived in Alameda, the ferry service has always been on time. This ferry, similar to Sea Plane, operates only Monday to Friday. So if you go on a weekend, you need to take the main ferry. Price - $4.70 one way with a clipper card. Still almost 50% off versus pre-pandemic prices, thank you. Also just discovered the main ferry only cost $1 to go to Jack London Square; so why am I still driving to the Rosenblum winery??? Wait, I also just discovered a free water taxi and I can't wait to try that! Main Island ferry special event tickets - $10.75 to Chase Center.
