They really need to improve their signage! Or name. The facade from the parking lot is no inviting. The place is quite large with an enormous bar, but it was barely 10-20% full.. Six of us had lunch there. Sat outdoors under the umbrellas on a warm sunny day. Ordered beers, salads and burgers to share. Our server, Roger, is new but did an excellent job. The kitchen also did a good job with the differing burger temperatures and different cheeses. BTW the side of mustard was really delicious and appreciated! Unfortunately, there was no "wow" factor that deserved a fifth star. Lack of management supervision - or support - was obvious. Overall, felt that the restaurant wasn't living up to its potential.

We also had espresso drinks which weren't good. Mocktails, cocktails were just ok. I'm not really sure what happened. This place has the makings of a great restaurant. We came here 15 years ago for Valentine's Day and they were understaffed and the night was a bit of a disaster for us. Our food came out cold and an hour apart. It was the last time we've ever bothered with eating out on Valentine's Day. We figured it was just a tough night for restaurants. But, this experience was sort of similar enough that I don't know if we'll be back this time. I really wanted to give them a chance. The kitchen seems far from the dining room and maybe that's part of why it's so difficult. I cannot recommend this spot, based on our only 2 experiences. But I do hope they can figure out a way to manage their kitchen and introduce more flavorful dishes. It would be a really great spot if they did.

I was a customer of Metro PCS shortly after graduating high school because I kept running up my cell phone bill with AT&T and my mom get fed up with paying the extra fees.. but this instance was to get a personal phone for my father. Tucked in the shopping center with Planet Fitness and Starbucks is a new Metro PCS, only there three months (I believe). Julius and Chris were there the two visits I made in February 2017, and they were both pleasant to work with. VISITS - 2/25/17 - 2/27/17 We were greeted instantly upon entering, and Chris acknowledged that he would be with us shortly as they were both with a customer at the moment. So, we browsed around to check out the phones and plans. The phones were clearly labeled, with whatever discounts and pricing they were to come out. The current special on plans were posted on the wall, "two lines for $80, unlimited data", but in fine print no tethering, I believe. We chose the plan and were still debating between two phones. Chris assisted us during our first visit. He answered all my questions regarding the plan, including protection plans and return policy. He also showed me step-by-step how to redeem my rebate for the phone, and assured me that I could track my refund. I was very impressed with the customer service he displayed. Julius helped us during our second visit. My dad was having trouble adjusting to a Samsung Galaxy On5, so we went back in to switch to the iPhone 5S as it was within our budget and more familiar for my dad. Both gentlemen greeted us upon entering, and remembered us. Julius was quick and efficient with getting us in and out with an exchange and a new number. I would definitely recommend people to visit THIS METRO PCS location if they are looking into a new plan/phone with Metro PCS. My grandpa just couldn't learn to use the phone so I went to return the phone 12 days later but they wouldn't give me a refund! We had to reactivate my grandpa's old phone in case of an emergency in case he falls or has a medical emergency so because we didn't keep the phone active we don't get the refund so what happens when u return a phone!? It is then deactivated! I'm beyond upset!! Very very poor customer service! Shame on them for taking from the elderly! I could see if we weren't in the 14 day period or if our reasoning wasn't legit but that wasn't the case and we had our receipt! Definitely will NEVER be doing business here again!
