I sent my chromebook for screen repair 2 weeks ago, the ower responded with a promise to repair in one hour with $160 estimate 2. Upon receiving the chromebook, he changed to color is different so new estimate is $240 and need to wait for the part, new estimate 1 week. Ok, I thought fine, that happens 3. He knew the problem after I told him the issue. So when I got there he didn't even look at my computer first just had me fill out the pay agreement in case I wanted him to fix it. He then didn't say what the problem was took about 30 seconds and turned back on my pop-up blocker. $600 per hour! I can't wish negative towards his business but I won't be said if it goes under!

He was able to point me to what I needed right away and was very knowledgeable and answered questions that I had. After I setup my PC at home, I wanted to change some settings in BIOS and change my partition from MBR to GPT, Secure Boot On, and Legacy to UEFI but had problems doing so. I submitted a ticket through their website and got a reply right away from Chi. He gave me a quote and offered me an upgrade to Windows 11 along with the setting changes. The email conversations were quick and once finalized, I gave them a call to confirm when I can drop off my PC for the BIOS setting changes and upgrade to Windows 11. Needing my PC back quickly, I paid extra for the express fee. Laila checked me in at the service counter and took down notes on what I wanted done. Later that day, I got a phone call back from their tech Keymond. He explained what needed to be done in order to get my BIOS setting and partitions changed from MBR to GPT. I ended up getting a new M.2 SSD and the next day, I got a call back from them saying my PC was ready for pick up. Keymond was really nice in explaining what needed to be done and explained his process thoroughly, definitely a friendly guy. He was really nice over the phone even and was happy to explain to me the work done in person. Service here is great from Check-In to Check-Out. I would highly recommend this place for any computer parts and service. They have a wide variety of selection of computer parts. I will be coming back for any PC needs. Thanks to the team at Central Computers, my PC is up and running with the settings I wanted and Windows 11!
