Awful customer service from the pharmacy. Removed my prescriptions and sent them to another pharmacy.

Head to the cafe! They have delicious coffee; I recommend the ginger latte. It's creamy, strong,…read moreand the ginger flavor is present but not overpowering. And it was only $5! The barista(s) were nice and the latte came out relatively fast--an employee was being trained, so it took a little extra time. For breakfast, I went to the "hot food" area at the end of the cafe past the sandwiches. Not only was the "hot food" breakfast sandwich a better deal than the cold one, but it also looked more appealing! It had an herb biscuit, bacon, egg, and cheese; perfect for the morning. They also have a lovely produce section! I got a banana that was pretty good as bananas go.

*** Wow, I'm surprised as to how many high reviews there are on here based on HOW EXPENSIVE so many…read moreproducts are here. For example, $6 for a HALF PINT of Blackberries that MIGHT have 20 berries in them at most. Really?? And then the pineapple chunks in a container that have about 12 pieces for around $7. It's unreal. This simply reaffirms me why I only buy a few types of products here. It's just overall too expensive. I can't think of one great, priced item at the moment. One last comment, the bottled ginger/'beer' that is pink in the refrigerator (maybe it's Kate's brand but can't remember) is $7! PCC has been overly priced for a long time. Even if I was very wealthy, I would still limit myself on coming here, because of the principal. I'll end on a positive; the people are nice here. :) ***

Me and my family shop here faithfully and today Brian in the seafood department ruined that. As we…read morewere shopping today my wife pointed out the oyster case had some very large/jumbo oysters which is typically a rare occasion at this location and we always grab them when we see it. After we waited about 10 minutes in front of the oysters Brian yelled across the seafood area asking if we were ready and we said yes. He never walked over and waited to hear what we wanted all the way from the fish area which already made my wife uncomfortable and mentions to me "he seems like he's going to be rude" by just his demeanor. Once finally approached I pointed out there were 3 large bags in the oyster tank and the bag that was open was 1/2 way sticking out of the water and i specifically asked for a dozen from any of the other bags that were completely submurged to avoid any potential food poisoning. and his response was a rude as can be "Nope, I'm not opening any other bags if you want oysters you are picking them from that bag". I was mind blown and in shock as a long time customer being spoken to like this was insane. For years even before this was "Town & Country" we have been shopping here and have always had such a pleasant experience with every encounter except this guy. Brian you do not deserve to be in this industry or treat customers in this manner. Do better T&C, i doubt we will be back after this.

Snide and snobby. I was in total shock at how we were treated. Never going back…read more We would go for the absolute best produce around, but found everything else extremely expensive. We stayed out of the middle aisles, shopping on the edges. The last time we were in, the original sushi people were gone, replaced by some run of the mill contractor with fishy tasting garbage. This time, prices were unbelievable. We all know that Covid affected the supply chain and things got expensive. The supply chain has been fine for awhile, yet everything is ridiculously expensive. I am not poor. I think I have a relatively decent income. When I mentioned that I was likely to stop including this store as a regular option, I was met with death stares. Seriously? We were followed to our car and asked to not come back. Seriously? I actually went back inside and took photos of the staff running away from me. We weren't violent. We didn't cuss. We weren't loud. We just called you out for being a money-hungry conglomerate charging as much as the richest customer will pay. You should be ashamed at how exclusionary your store really is. And obviously your staff isn't trained on anything remotely close to empathy. If they were, there attitude would have been much better. Effen Mill Creek snobs.
