I stopped going to this slow, inefficient and chaotic pharmacy and have been having a very positive experience at the Rite Aid down the street. Recently I had to go in to pick up a prescription for my wife and see that nothing has changed. The prescription, although called in the day before was not ready and I had to wait...as usual. Over the past couple months they've lost an Rx, had one mysteriously paid and one filled 2 days after they texted it was ready. The staff is notoriously slow and unfriendly. Definitely gone downhill since they sold to RiteAid read more

These pharmacy staff all need to be fired. We had them contact our doctor, three times. We had our doctor contact them twice. We tried today to get our medication that we must have for a trip tomorrow, and they have no record anyone contacted anyone. Every time we go there, the pharmacy staff are incoherent, the drive through is closed. They never pick up their phone they blame everything on not enough staff, except we started this process four days ago! We constantly wait for 30 minute periods in line to get our meds, but no more! We're changing pharmacies today. Stay away. Worst pharmacy in Washington state. read more

This place is a mess. Myself and the two people in front of me had issues with prescriptions not being filled and the tech not knowing why. They don't follow the hours listed in the voicemail when you call the store and they don't answer their phone. I'd recommend getting prescriptions filled anywhere else. read more

Absolutely horrible treatment at the pharmacy. I have new medications and really needed help figuring everything out but have been treated so poorly here. No one seems to want to help me and I had to come back 4 times to get something filled, that took over a week. These medications are critical but no one seems to care. Today I went in for something I need and was told that they need to get doctors authorization and that insurance may not cover it, that it would take 7 days minimum to do that. Meanwhile they offered no solutions even though I said I'm going to run out in 24 hours and need more, I had to ask what to do and the pharmacist shrugged and said I could pay out of pocket "if you want." So I asked how much and she said $75 for a 2 week supply. Instead I left in tears. They have no compassion or care. I plan to move all my prescriptions asap. Do no go here especially if you have a critical illness, like the other review said someone could die waiting for their medication. read more

Prescription took an unreasonable amount of time to fill. It was called in before they opened and it got filled 3 hours later. Prescriptions were about 4x higher than Fred Meyers with my very good insurance. Something that is usually $1.18 was $4.50 and something usually about $5 was $30. Never going back again. read more

Went in at 9:55am to get a prescription refilled. Received my prescription at 10:20am. Sigh. Good thing I wasn't in a rush and they were nice enough people that I wasn't bothered by it. Clean store, friendly employees, and the most delightful lavender epsom salts. Ahhh~ Parking is a cinch but getting out can be a pain during rush hour because of Bothell-Everett Highway. read more

As someone with several complex health issues, I have spent quite a lot of time in pharmacies through the years. I have to say that this is, by far, THE BEST pharmacy I have ever used. The pharmacists and technicians are unfailingly kind, helpful and professional, and it is clear that they really care about their customers. There have been several occasions where they've out of their way to help sort out issues with insurance, etc. Christina (one of the pharmacists) in particular has been incredibly helpful, and I really cannot recommend them highly enough. If you live in the area and are looking for a pharmacy that's really on top of stuff and cares about the well being of their customers, this is it. read more

I recently switched from Costco to Bartell - closer to home - and have received excellent service. The non-pharmacy store has the best and friendliest staff in the area. I sometimes go across 228th to Rite-Aid for beer, but otherwise do most related shopping at Bartell. Highly recommended! read more

We've had our entire family's prescriptions filled at this Bartell's for years. For single prescriptions they do fine. Sadly, I cannot say the same for recurring prescriptions. Our insurance requires 90 day supples for all long term prescriptions. Regularly we're told there's an issue with the doctor or our insurance. But all the doctors and the insurance company say they never received any calls. For my recent prescription they again didn't fill it or actually call as they said they would. Now I'm 3 weeks without my medicine. For this prescription it's ok but my husband takes some medicine he can't live without and they show the same lack of concern or follow through. I'm done with them and moving our prescriptions to anywhere but Bartell's! read more

I have been struggling for years trying to find a stress free pharmacy and have finally found one! This Bartells took 3 hours to transfer my husbands six RX's and two needed renewed. I used their drive thru and it took 3 minutes to sign and pick all six up. I couldn't believe it!!! Tina was at the drive thru window is always kind and super fast! It use to take days, follow up calls and waiting for an hour or so to pick up my RX's! Never again! Thank you thank you thank you! Also love to shop for their specials and candy. Awesome pharmacy staff! They always go above and beyond. Everywhere else I've been I had frequent problems, like hour+ waits, couldn't order medications in a timely manner, or even mistakes. They can often order prescriptions for the next day. I like the phone or text prescription reminders, although they don't have an auto refill service (which is ok as I never liked that much anyways, as I want my refills at specific times). The staff is always very pleasant to deal with too, which is rare nowadays with how overworked pharmacy staffs are. The pharmacy seems much less crowded than others, such as the Canyon Park Bartells. I drive out of my way about 15 minutes each way just to continue going here after we moved. The store itself is nice too, with a wide selection and decent prices. Many items are a good deal, but a handful of items are overpriced. I can easily pick up quite a few items while waiting for a prescription, which can be good and bad. read more
