Horrible customer service. Title clerk in the office is rude and has no understanding of customer…read moreservice...like zero. Hangs up on you, argues, and "tells you how it is". Trash. Apparently it the owner's daughter...no other employee would keep their job treating customers this way otherwise. Purchased a trailer took them 6 weeks to send the title. "Got lost in the mail" and now it's my problem. I paid for the trailer with title, not my issue that they use USPS and not a reliable shipper for important documentation. They provided a tracking number that shows delivery was never attempted, yet still my problem. This was my second trailer I purchased from them...never again. Go elsewhere of you don't like them treating you like dirt when you're a repeat customer after they have your money. Owner is supposed to call me, I'll update if and when that happens. I don't lose things, and this was the only time my truck would have been vulnerable to have anything taken with me not around. I politely confronted the new owner, who called in their mechanic, who remembered my truck from the week before, and he denied any knowledge of my JBL headphones. I politely left and would not recommend their business ever again, and I have a big rolodex. The headphones cost more than the job they did. They made no attempt to satisfy me in anyway, which is not what I would have done as a business owner. Its my own fault for trusting their business. I had no issues with the original owner. I left all my tools, Snap On, and never had an issue. I don't trust them.
