    Making the dough

I bought the class for my wife's birthday gift. Turned out to be a great choice! We both enjoyed the class immensely. The instructors were super helpful and knowledgeable. We learned about sourdough starters, we made our pizza dough, took a tour of the amazing facility, and made our own pizzas to enjoy! Totally had a great time and plan to take more classes in the future! Guys, this is a great date night!

There is a reason BSM is so reputable. Nothing compares to this place in terms of quality! It's hard to buy any other flour.

As you know TGTG is a surprise. You don't know what you're going to get. My TGTG was $7.99 and my flowers were a mixture. I went to the service desk, said I have a TGTG floral purchase. They made a call to the floral department and a few short minutes later the gentleman came out with a big bundle. I was so thrilled at how many I got. Now, I know they're not going to be perfect. They are starting to have a droop effect. But for the cost, they are amazing. I've had them at home now for 2 days and I think they actually started perking up. Very happy with what I received. Their pick up window times are late, 8pm to 9pm and I don't live close by, so that's an inconvenience for me. But I happened to be out that night and saw that they had the TGTG service on. Hopefully in the future if the stars are aligned, I'll be able to get a floral arrangement again.

I call before I drove all the way to Whole Foods to buy my favorite GMO of a 100 which I used to buy all of them now they carry 200 300 GMO and I'm not that happy. So I was told that I can call and find out if there Will be stocking the preferred manuka honey that I love. So I recommend you call before you come out because they gave me false information saying that they do have it on the shelf ends on stock. Being very disappointed even if you call you may not see it on the shelf by the time you get there because it's always being sold quickly. Very hard to find overall my experience other than that this is the location I do really love to shop that's clean and people are very informative on products you're buying but today I give them a lower rating for my disappointment. Happy yelping I hope this information will be shared so all will understand that there are some products that they claim they have but are not there.

I was really disappointed with my experience at Thyme & Dough…read more Per my confirmed order ticket, I arrived and placed my order at 9:13 a.m. I ordered two breakfast sandwiches and two iced coffees, and my total came to $42.80, including a 20% tip. After waiting over 20 minutes without any update, I asked around 9:34 a.m. how much longer my order would take. Instead of simply apologizing or providing an update, the employee checked my payment time and told me that the wait was "right on target" for a good breakfast. When I politely expressed that the wait seemed excessive for what I had ordered, she reiterated that this was normal and that good food takes time to prepare. I didn't feel those comments were necessary--they made me feel dismissed rather than understood. She also stated there had been a long line ahead of us, which wasn't accurate. When I arrived at 9:13, there was only one customer finishing her order at the register. I finally received my food at approximately 9:38 a.m. While I understand that fresh food takes time, a 25-minute wait for two breakfast sandwiches and two iced coffees, especially with no proactive communication, felt excessive. A simple acknowledgment of the delay or a more empathetic response would have made a significant difference. Instead, I left feeling that my concerns were brushed aside. Between the lengthy wait, the dismissive interaction, and the overall experience, I didn't feel the service justified the price or the 20% tip that was included in my purchase. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

We signed up for their guided tasting experience which was amazing! So educational and informative. In addition to the special edition olive oils & balsamic vinegars curated for the tasting, we were allowed unlimited samples of their infused flavored olive oils as well, which were absolutely delicious! This place offers quality olive oils and balsamic vinegars at very reasonable prices. We ended up taking home several bottles- their Sola Stella, Terra Verde, & Sicilian olive oils as well as their Traditional Balsamic and Bourbon Balsamic. After the tasting we enjoyed a light lunch at their bistro, which was delightful. Farm to table, fresh food paired with a bottle of Chardonnay made for the perfect end to our experience. Highly recommend!

Definitely gave us a better idea of what true olive oil should taste like (most store-bought olive oils are adulterated with seed oil). We also were able to taste three of their specialty balsamic vinegars, which were outstanding. I left with a bottle of their wild cherry balsamic to mix with my next old-fashioned drink at home. Their bistro serves a great menu. We sipped on their tasty wild cherry and peach sangrias (made with their balsamic vinegars) and thought that their lemon caesar salad with chicken was excellent. We might come back here for lunch if we visit the area again.

Okay I know I don't need ,wine but I wanted to buy 3 bottles so I can have whenever I have Italian food. This is beginning to be one of the best HEB's out there, all the other HEB's are either not stocked up or plain confusing buying groceries. So how can you buy groceries when everything is so expensive everything seems to be rising not even normal price anymore it's a point of ridiculous. Forget the meat department I feel like it's turned into the most expensive part of HEB. The one thing I have to say is they do have great selection in wine and it beats a lot of other places to in prices. The cheese department needs an upgrade because it's all the same type of cheeses that you see regularly. Usually I go to the store and I try to beeline out the door quickly. Not the case anymore so they add more and more to the store so you have to stop and look at a few things that you haven't seen there before. So I ended up spinning money which of course a wine does cost money and the filter eh it was usually not the right sizes. This is beginning to be my favorite shopping Groceries. So I would recommend this location and also you can get a few bargains while you're at it. Of course I always spend a lot more than what I want to buy. But in the meantime this is the only HEB, I will start shopping here more often. Reason is I'm sick and tired of seeing a lot of people with very sad faces shopping at the other HEB because they're not able to afford it. Especially the location at Lakeway that place is so pathetic I do not like going in there. It's like a labored hurry up moment. Other than that I'm very happy with my purchases today and if you have the time start shopping at this location this is what I really would recommend that you do.
