"Fresh Organic Hummus for a Healthier You" consists of Organic Garbanzo Beans, Organic Tahini, Organic Extra Virgin Cold PrOlive Oil, Sea Salt, Organic Citric Acid, & Fresh Garlic. He served it on Morton's glutenfree crackers. Yummy! Rebel Cheese, with their amazing "not cheese" creations, including Cave-Aged Brie, Smoked Cheddar, Truffle Chèvre, Pepper Jack, and Gruyère. The person behind the counter said the salad/hot bar is mostly a lunch thing, not a dinner thing. That makes sense, but don't come to WF hungry for dinner or you'll be disappointed. The North and South Central Markets have better food, nicer employees and cheaper prices.
