Caliber exceeded the other tree companies in every way. Their proposal was professional, specific, and detailed, and they provided information about their licensing and insurance. Both Tim and Julian were very responsive to questions. We had some limitations about where they could go on the property with the heavy equipment, because of the location of our septic field. They put down mats and did their best to minimize the impact of their work on the yard. They used two crews so there were eight men working at once, but they coordinated their efforts so well, and every person was friendly and helpful.
