After going through lots of reviews, I decided on this Greenwich Village Mail Center,which I am so glad I did! First of all, the service itself is impeccable. Especially for mail box service, all mails are kept safe even I sometimes go to retrieve after over a month long vacation (and this time with this corona virus outbreak) ! If I get a package delivered, they will send you their own tracking via e-mails so I can track that specific package using password. You can drop off mails and boxes to be mailed with easy and fast ! If I have any question, I can send them e-mails to communicate anytime! Secondly, and more importantly, the customer service in person is even better. I just love going in there to get my mails and say hello to them :) The gentleman who runs this place is just so easy to get along with. He and his staff are also so understanding and always willing to accommodate you. Over the years of my life in NYC, this place has become my stable place. Being able to send it to Copyland Center @ 226 East 83rd Street (10 blocks from my NYC home) in advance and walk-in to pick it up/review the same day was a joy. Bonus: They also coordinate with shipping services for pickup in their store. In my case, I opted to walk the one-block to a nearby FedEx as I had a next day by 12 pm delivery deadline. That meant that my presentation had to be in FedEx's hands ready to go (packaged, addressed & paid for) no later than 5 pm the day before for overnight delivery. It was 4 pm. Mission accomplished thanks to Copyland.

During my visit on a Saturday afternoon, my wait was 45 minutes. Which was fine, had plenty to occupy my time. Despite paying higher price's for shipping packages. My package which was going local to Queen's took over 2 weeks to arrive. If I am mailing off packages to the Southern part of the Country, it takes a week or so. The service left a lot to be desired, but that did not stop me from being thrilled to have my packages mailed out. The architecture of this majestic post office is on another level. The Corinthian colonnades, and the Imperial Coat of Arms of Prussia. This specific design is carved into a decorative, hexagonal ceiling panel, which is commonly found in historic government buildings, palaces, or university halls constructed during the Prussian era or German Empire.
